    @ViCustomerCare I am from Pune and currently living in Punjab from 5 days. Till morning I was able to call and use internet services properly but from 11am I am not able to use Vi services both calling and internet. I restarted the phone etc but not working. Called Customer Care

    We went to @VodafoneIN office and the manager solved my plan issue in 5 Mins. That's professionalism!!!!!! I don't have time otherwise I will port her number to Vodafone!!!!!!!!!!!!

    .@VodafoneIN @Idea This is the 3rd time this month that my Port out request has been rejected for an another frivolous reason. This, despite being assured by your customer care executive that there will be no more issues and I'll be ported out by 18th of August.

    @ViCustomerCare yesterday I went to ur jalandhar service center, related to unbiased bill issue but still it is unsolved! Your retention team has promised me for fair bill but no update till now. I will not pay a single penny until unless you don't rectify my bill. Thank You ๐Ÿ™

    @ViCustomerCare You are accepting that there is a #poor service from your side, so why should I suffer? I saw the network is there so I recharge my mobile but the internet is not working, so how would you #compensate this to us because of poor #service from your side?

    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI team, I am using Vodafone service from past 16 years but never faced billing/network related issues which I am facing from last couple of months.Even not getting satisfactory responses from VI customers care. We as a customer loosing faith now from VI.

    When I complained about the complete #networkissue while roaming, I received less calls addressing the issue, instead received tons of calls for clearing the due. I have to keep explaining to every agent the same issue, why not have a centralized system @ViCustomerCare? @TRAI
