    @trai @ViCustomerCare if u r not give the network then u should pay back the money even if it is 2hour also cause we pay r tax n service tax increases price with tax included then y nt pay the customer with what money u have take bad service also penalties to company by train

    @ViCustomerCare @airtelnews @JioCare all this network so bad hope bsnl come faster with 4g network or even 3g network is fine better then losing wasting money network all this 3 network pay tax but not get network which is bad for customers n trai is not helping in our country

    @ViCustomerCare Still the network problem continues I have already changed my 1 vi number to bsnl I thing after paying so n increase of rate the 4g is still the worst in vi hope i don't have changed my 2nd vi number to bsnl mumbai everything me put request to port vi promises 4 better network

    @ViCustomerCare my plan was changed to 299 on Feb 18, 2021, on March 18, 2021, I received bill with my old plan of 399, registered my complaint twice but no resolution yet no correction of bill. If not corrected I will be forced to port.
