    @ViCustomerCare @airtelnews @JioCare all this network so bad hope bsnl come faster with 4g network or even 3g network is fine better then losing wasting money network all this 3 network pay tax but not get network which is bad for customers n trai is not helping in our country

    Vodafone network is dumb in GOA since noon. Very insecure network, we have regular call drop is common but now,full phone communication off. Thank GOD that whatsapp call is working in the Hotel. @VodafoneIN

    @trai @ViCustomerCare if u r not give the network then u should pay back the money even if it is 2hour also cause we pay r tax n service tax increases price with tax included then y nt pay the customer with what money u have take bad service also penalties to company by train

    @ViCustomerCare Still the network problem continues I have already changed my 1 vi number to bsnl I thing after paying so n increase of rate the 4g is still the worst in vi hope i don't have changed my 2nd vi number to bsnl mumbai everything me put request to port vi promises 4 better network

    @ViCustomerCare Till now I have changed my handset 2 times. And as a solution msg rcvd from Vi is "Hi, we have worked on your complaint no. BHR-V01026261643 and found that the issue is possibly related to your mobile handset. Please check our services by inserting your Vi SIM in another mobile

    @ViCustomerCare @Vodafone_CEO Hello Sir, I had port my jio SIM to Vodafone on 13th Aug. But I'm unable to call 18001201111 number from my registered alternative number. For same issue i already raised complaint. Estimated SLA was till Monday 6.00pm IST. But still that complaint pending.
