@trai @ViCustomerCare if u r not give the network then u should pay back the money even if it is 2hour also cause we pay r tax n service tax increases price with tax included then y nt pay the customer with what money u have take bad service also penalties to company by train

@ViCustomerCare Still the network problem continues I have already changed my 1 vi number to bsnl I thing after paying so n increase of rate the 4g is still the worst in vi hope i don't have changed my 2nd vi number to bsnl mumbai everything me put request to port vi promises 4 better network

Where my Friend using @reliancejio is watching live HD match sitting next to me. Not only @airtelindiay 3rd frnd using @VodafoneIN is facing same problem like me in Airtel. @rsprasad humble request pl take d matter seriously as they've raised their rates &tariffs.

@ViCustomerCare I had terrible experience using VI services outside India. There is no notification of exact foreign time for pack for 24 hrs nor any notification. No intimation for plan shift to higher charge. Huge bill shock. Disappointed - 10+ years voda customer & I get this!
