    @VodafoneIN Poor network n unclear voice calls...facing a really hard time during this WFM period. Even after complaining so many times the issue is still not resolved. Guess its time to say good bye to you.

    @VodafoneIN Please check your Area network. The fault isn't in my sim/handset. It is in your so called "4G Network" on the Location. Vodafone is absolutely DEAD.

    Vodafone network is dumb in GOA since noon. Very insecure network, we have regular call drop is common but now,full phone communication off. Thank GOD that whatsapp call is working in the Hotel. @VodafoneIN

    @trai @ViCustomerCare if u r not give the network then u should pay back the money even if it is 2hour also cause we pay r tax n service tax increases price with tax included then y nt pay the customer with what money u have take bad service also penalties to company by train

    @ViCustomerCare Still the network problem continues I have already changed my 1 vi number to bsnl I thing after paying so n increase of rate the 4g is still the worst in vi hope i don't have changed my 2nd vi number to bsnl mumbai everything me put request to port vi promises 4 better network

    @ViCustomerCare On ₹579 plan, data cuts from 2GB limit & stops when over, despite full 5G signal. Done all steps told by your executives. Don't blame my 5G phone, signal is full. This is your backend mapping glitch. Fix it ASAP! #Vi5G

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Team, I urgently need assistance regarding an exceptional ownership transfer/KYC regularisation request for my Vi Mumbai number. I am currently residing in UAE and unable to travel to Mumbai due to unavoidable circumstances The number was temporarily taken in a friend’s name only to preserve continuity after a porting/deactivation issue, and I am requesting a compliant remote resolution (video KYC/document verification/NOC etc.). I have already emailed the appellate and customer care teams with all details and documents. Requesting escalation support or guidance from the concerned Mumbai/appellate team please. Thank you.

    @ViCustomerCare I am paying for a 2GB daily data plan, but I am unable to use even 10MB a day because the network is practically non-existent. My phone has become useless—people cannot reach me, and when a call somehow connects, the voice breaks constantly, making communication impossible.
