    @ViCustomerCare Dear Vodafone Team, Instead of closing tickets. Kindly try to improve the service. Forcing me to close the ticket on basis of just communication that “ we are working on your ticket but as per policy we need to close the ticket” How can you say like this without resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to use Data on one of my VI prepaid numbers despite getting the network and data pack being recharged. I have raised a complaint and the ETA shows 07-Mar-23. This is very poor service. I am working from home and my work is impacted because of this.

    @ViCustomerCare no one has tested my son’s loyalty in over a decade more than Vodafone. He has been trying to activate his esim for secondary number for the last two weeks. Awful to see what’s happened of vodafone over the years. No one should be treated like this.

    @ViCustomerCare I don't think, Vi takes care of our issues. My wife complaint many times but got same result in the era of 5G. Finally she quit Vi after 15 years. I believe, there is no options rather than existing. Earlier, I raised complaint in system, but didn't receive any update.
