  @ViCustomerCare the tarrifs are increasing and the service is degrading. I do not have network for the past 3-4 days in my hometown. Is the the service we are heading to ? Should we switch to a different network ? Pathetic service

  @ViCustomerCare @Ihtesham2208 With due respect, I am writing to inform you that I have Network issue since last 2-3years. All the time, the connection shows no service or emagency call for both indoor and outdoor. Every single call, we need to go outside more than 300-500 meters. Please solve it.

  @ViCustomerCare Bad services by your customer support, a female representative pick my call & later forget to respond me And then respond me that I will put your call on hold..and then phone disconnect..What is this behaviour..that's why people migrating to other vendor
