    @ViCustomerCare a very slow and poor customer service and support system.still waiting for your representative call or email. It's been more than 18 day's but you don't want to solve the issue.I'm done with playing email- email with you,if you don't want to refund Just Refuse it.

    @ViCustomerCare i port my sim to ur network and i m really disappointed after doing thiss it's more than 2 week although my sim is activated but i k. Note getting network in my new sim And even my 3 replacement request has been rejected I won't suggest anyone to choose this.

    @ViCustomerCare you had simple msged me that resolution has been given but why still 354 rs and 253 rs is showing in my bill.... I will not pay any single rupees to you so please reduce my bill as we discussed. However I planned to change my subscribers
