    @ViCustomerCare Hopeless service with connectivity problems. No proper costumer care service . WhatsApp chat refers to 199 to communicate with agent at last, ridiculously this number is auto answering for Jio not for Vodafone.

    @ViCustomerCare From now i will never suggest or buy vodafone sim. And will be deactivating the old numbers. Every unsatisfied service. Need to train the employees for their approach towards customer. Or else the company will loose the customers.

    @ViCustomerCare Ur merely wanting doesnt help anyone except u.Act upon it. For the years of trauma n harassment, n fluctuatin n/w,i demand compensation 4 damage caused. Whose goin 2pay for reduced phone battery life,which caused replacin 2 iphones.Costed me 1 lacs rs.R u ready 2compensate for it
