    @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar I am vi user and don't want to switch to other network because of vi benefits.Whenever I goes to my Village,I have to face problems pls upgrade network to 4G in my Vill- Ahilwara BIRAUL DARBHANGA BIHAR847203 as soon as possible to avoid network switch.

    Finally the VI store which is the Collab of two failures @VodafoneIN and @Idea said that my issue with SIM 9015343540 can't be resolved. And then they say "happy to help"

    @ViCustomerCare i am a vi user and don't want to switch to another network but i am facing a problem whenever i goes to my vill-AHILWARA RAMNAGAR BIRAUL DARBHANGA BIHAR847203 i have to switch other network because 4G is not avlb. in my vill. pls. upgrade network as soon as pssbl.

    @VodafoneIN Can you please explain the above picture. Network is there mobile data is on. May 2 gb data is remaining, and belive me I checked all the settings, there is nothing wrong at my part. And it's not the first time , it happens to me everyday. I am doing online class and exams.

    Can anybody tell me, which agency delivers Vi home delivery SIM. I'm waiting for three days, but no-one calls or tries to connect with me. This is very frustrating. @ViCustomerCare also unable to help. Feeling helpless. Already paid the first recharge amount online.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare you said ownership cant be transferred if there's no blood relation .. however, the person, your Vodafone store executive, who advised me to "send any of your friend in mumbai to take your number so that it is blocked and not available to anybidy else, you can change the ownership from her later" - as a method to keep my 12 yrs old number with myself, after one unnecessary and non-notified deactivation, WAS WRONG ? WHY YOUR EXECUTIVES ARE NOT PROPERLY TRAINED ? WHY YOU ARE SAYING DIFFERENT FROM WHAT HE ADVISED ? WHY WILL A LOYAL 14YR OLD CUSTOMER SUFFER DUE TO YOUR EMPLOYEES MISGUIDANCE ?
