    @ViCustomerCare there is no network coverage. Even for 2G. Unable to rcv OTP SMS. Could you please check with your network analysis team. No call, no internet ,no SMS. pathetic coverage.

    3-82545022311 this is the complain number i got a week ago by the customer care, and still the entire infrastructure of @VodafoneIN and @idea_cares are unable to resolve this issue. If you couldn't handle the people and service why don't you 'Quit'

    @VodafoneIN Can you please explain the above picture. Network is there mobile data is on. May 2 gb data is remaining, and belive me I checked all the settings, there is nothing wrong at my part. And it's not the first time , it happens to me everyday. I am doing online class and exams.

    Finally the VI store which is the Collab of two failures @VodafoneIN and @Idea said that my issue with SIM 9015343540 can't be resolved. And then they say "happy to help"

    @ViCustomerCare Sir, don't worry, you can deactivate the SIM. We have two SIMs, so there's no guarantee one of them won't work with 112, 108, and 102 numbers. We'll now promote your SIM at the District Court in Ambedkar Nagar, claiming Vi's excellent service....🙏🙏
