@VodafoneIN Hello sir, I am having vodafone sim card but due to non availability of vodafone network I was unable to use my number 9707013780 last three months. Now, I got transferred to previous place again , I want to re activation of my sim card. Plz confirm. Thanks

@ViCustomerCare is becoming worst network ever. having trouble to browse internet on vi and when I contacted Their customer care they said that there is a rise in coustomer in your area so you are getting this problem. but still after 3 to 4 months what i got is just Excuses. #VI

Further Note: Post paid Bill payment - OK, No due Network: LTE VoLTE: ON WiFi Calling : ON Still Outgoing not working only from my number. @ViCustomerCare Resolution time 5-days!No wonder why subscriber base is going down. Note: Works for neighbors Vi numbers from my home. 2/2

O/G call not working but neighbor's Vi number working well at my home! Raised complaint with @ViCustomerCare and on App. Resolution time is 5-days. Really??? Till then if any unforeseen emergency arise n not able to reach anyone due to this issue Will Vi b liable? 1/2 @DoT_India
