    @ViCustomerCare Stuck on Day-1, Porting from jio to Vi GoG postpaid plan. My jio network gone and Vi network not activating to Esim. Its been 3 hrs of back and forth request/process still no luck. :(

    @ViCustomerCare I had recharged my International Roaming pack from India on 10 May 26. The pack is still not active. I have raised a complaint and also sent a mail but there’s no response from your side. Can you suggest what should I do ?

    @ViCustomerCare What I still don’t understand is: If my number hd active validity and KYC ws already linked to my Aadhaar, y ws it stopped in the first place? And if verification was needed, why is reactivating an existing customer’s number made so difficult?

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what’s the point of Unlimited 5G if my 4G daily data gets exhausted first and internet stops working even with full 5G signal? Fix this soon or I’ll port to @ViCustomerCare

    Every alternate month I have to face the same problems. Are you guys going to refund the money I recharge for this useless service? It takes your team 10-15 days just to fix basic network issues. @ViCustomerCare
