@ViCustomerCare I have been facing internet problem from past 7days ..even it becomes very hard to open jpg files. why is this happening ? Is this your service ? OR tell us if it is time to switch to another sim ? Very disappointed.

There is no customer service from your end, please change my bill and port all 3 numbers of mine to Prepaid. I don’t want any services from your end. I’ve been a customer since 2006 as you can see in the records but now it’s useless for me. @ViCustomerCare or @JioCare Contact me.

@ViCustomerCare Hi I am using Samsung a71. I am not able to use VoLTE with my vi sim while I had enabled VoLTE in the setting. Previously when I was using JIO there was no issue in VoLTE. When I had a call with vi customer support they are saying your mobile is not supporting
