    @ViCustomerCare Worst service providers since merger. Whole day no network and no otp too #pune heavily impacted indoor coverage last 25 days, no action taken. Just false assurance..waiting for stores to get open to move to other operators. #vodafoneindia #CustomerService

    @TRAI My @VodafoneIN network is down since the past one year ! Repeated complaints have met with the same answer - we have optimised your connection and there's nothing more we can do. Are they justified to charge me the full bill amount month after month in such a scenario ?

    @ViCustomerCare @ajesh_ashok You guys are the highest levels of disgust. I have tweeted so many times and sent DMs as well. Yet to even receive a revert. Absolutely horrible experience during a pandemic where my friends and family are losing lives every second. I will remember your service.

    A fun little experiment to check how long it takes to get a call from @ViCustomerCare . port into request #CustomerAcquisition: 4 hrs port out request #CustomerRetention: 8 hrs complaint follow up #CustomerService: 8 days And my issue is still not resolved yet.
