    @ViCustomerCare very poor service ,whenever recharge balance diduct.We didn't activate any service from our side then why this happened again n again?Will port from ur network soon if didn't get back the balance amount. @AshwiniVaishnaw @VodafoneGroup

    @ViCustomerCare Not a single call on my query. Worst customer support of VI. VI is fraud company. Their customer care executives are more than worst,they don't have any explanation of wrong bill. Customer care team is Dumb of VI.

    @ViCustomerCare Recharged my vi number still not able to send msg. Customer care is asking to recharge with min Rs. 128/- to send msg. I have service validity and main balance but still asking to recharge by 128/- is not genuine
