    @ViCustomerCare paid for another month , submitted the disconnection. They confirmed and got call from your service and they also confirmed that this is disconnected and no dues pending. But suddenly i got messages for bills got generated and lot many followup calls 4 payment(4)

    @ViCustomerCare This is simply bullying, unethical and non-reasonable on part of VI as I never requested to activate the number again. I am completely disturbed as everyday getting huge calls/mails/SMS charging non-payment. Please resolve this ASAP and stop all these at once (7)

    Hello @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare i just want to know the update of my registered complaint. The ref. no. is ASM-V01259700587. The expected resolution date was 19th Apr 2023. But till now I have not received any update. Is this a joke?

    @ViCustomerCare the services has been pathetic for the VI. We are struggling with no network on the sim from past 2 weeks. The customer care requires whatsapp location, don't know why.. Vodafone store says we need small aadhar card not the whole... Pathetic. Better to port to Air
