    @ViCustomerCare Dear team VI Let me tell you one thing that Your 4g Network is Excellent. But Calling Is Wrost I ever experienced in any network and any condition. And Some time Network is Suspended for without reason for a long time or a day. please Do Some to Solve this proble

    My @ViCustomerCare sim is blocked. Customer care of VI is harassing me. Yesterday they told me if i convert my sim to postpaid, they will unblock the sim. Today they are asking me to convert two family sim to postpaid. If i don't they won't unblock my sim. Please help @TRAI

Please share the locations of the retail touch-points for the PIN code. also,I would like to understand why a representative can visit for KYC in case of a new sim, but not for duplicate sim KYC 1/2

    Last 2 Days VI not able to restore Network . I send request massage many but its useless. Text Massage not able to send. We should Ignore VI after continue use 12 years and join other network which able to provide proper service . @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I'm using a 5G Mobile have an ₹859 Unlimited 5G recharge active and I'm in a 5G coverage area However I'm still unable to access Unlimited 5G and my usage is being deducted from my regular data quota. Please look into this issue and provide resolution
