it's shameful about the network of #VI that we the people of our area are not able to use internet for since more than 1 year, complaints are resolved in paper by customer care but not in real. I did same mistake my colleagues did to buy it. Now I'm suffering @ViCustomerCare

Hey @ViCustomerCare It's very frustrating that strategically you remove outgoing sms service from low value plans as well as removed outgoing sms plans. So now if someone just want to do upi registration with his number, he has to buy your expensive plan. 👏👏 business priority
