    @ViCustomerCare Tell me, that even though I activated DND, not once but twice (first one wasn’t “full DND”), I will still receive SMS from them every day. Appalling service, appalling response from the team. Tired of VI. NOTE: This is how bad marketing can lose you Customers.

    @ViCustomerCare very poor service. Jio and airtel is providing payment transfer facility for the wrong recharge but vi is not providing any such facility. Going to port my number from vi to airtel back after completing the lock-in policy. Shame on u vi team!
