@ViCustomerCare Duping - Synonym as per Oxford Dictionary is "act dishonestly or unfairly in order to gain an advantage." Resemblance of the above when you deal with VI is a Strong Feeling. STOP DUPING CUSTOMER

@ViCustomerCare I don't think Vi will ever improve. Even after multiple complaints in last 1 month. Still a lot of zero network downtime in main city area. Vi is providing poorest service I have ever seen in last 20 years by any telecom company.
