  @ViCustomerCare Excellent customer care service, just got a call from an vi customer care Agent regarding the last night issue related to fluctuating network, and got response within 12 hours. Let's observe the outcome of my complaint in few days. Thankful to agent kashif.

  Vi has decided to rob me outright. I bought their international roaming pack that did not work. I switched to a different network provider after 15 years of staying loyal to Vi. Now Vi wants me to pay money for the roaming pack that didn't work. @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS
