Worst service from @VodafoneIN network n data related complain is still not resolved from last 65 days. But daily I get call from Vi retention team not to port out my number. Are u kidding me, why shouldn't I port out if ur services are shitty... @TRAI

@VodafoneIN I want to escalate the issue with my postpaid number where Vodafone retention team called me on Jul 21st 2020 and promised to change the plan to rs 199/month and the promise is still not fulfilled. Can you help??

@ViCustomerCare So @ViCustomerCare has closed all my SRs without any feedback or solution. I have been charged for the IR pack while the outgoing calls to India and Local did not work for the entire duration of the IR pack. They did not even try to resolve in time nor cared to refund my money.
