    @VodafoneIN I want to escalate the issue with my postpaid number where Vodafone retention team called me on Jul 21st 2020 and promised to change the plan to rs 199/month and the promise is still not fulfilled. Can you help??

    Worst service from @VodafoneIN network n data related complain is still not resolved from last 65 days. But daily I get call from Vi retention team not to port out my number. Are u kidding me, why shouldn't I port out if ur services are shitty... @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare I’ve port the my Sim in Vi , but post activation only 1day its working , next day its showing No network, i’ve visited to the service center & they replaced the sim card , after 3 hrs its working fine. After 2days getting same issue. No network, this is pathetic

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS I was finally able to connect with your customer care (nobody called me from your end) executive who was impatient and my issue wasn't resolved. I think I am just going to move to another provider. That would be quicker than working with your customer care. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to send any text messages, wasted 30 minutes to try the following: 1. Called 198 and 199, pressed 1 to continue the call but the calls got cut after a few random ads 2. Used the VIC chatbot which gave me a broken link to register a complaint

    @ViCustomerCare This is very unfortunate to say that all your team is useless and not working. I have given service request and it was closed from your end without any information to me. Sorry to say it is my mistake I am using Vodafone Idea. I should have quit earlier.
