    @VodafoneIN I want to escalate the issue with my postpaid number where Vodafone retention team called me on Jul 21st 2020 and promised to change the plan to rs 199/month and the promise is still not fulfilled. Can you help??

    @ViCustomerCare have been facing lot of og/ic call connection issues lately, raised complain on May 25th... Buy no resolution yet... Do you want to switch to Airtel????

    Worst service from @VodafoneIN network n data related complain is still not resolved from last 65 days. But daily I get call from Vi retention team not to port out my number. Are u kidding me, why shouldn't I port out if ur services are shitty... @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare such a horrible experience that I had talking to your chat and voice support. Unwillingness attitude of advisors. Billing errors and many more. Such a scandal VI is. @TRAI I believe customer can get the name of the last person they talked to on customer care.

    @ViCustomerCare It seems Vi has started new source of income generation.They deduct small amount in name of some xyz pack activation from many accounts WITHOUT ANY REQUEST of customer.If issue is raised, they will revert...else money will go to Vi's pocket.Time to say bye to Vi

    From 2nd may all Vodafone group @ViCustomerCare customer care everyone is just making a fool I m really ****** with @VodafoneUK @AdityaBirlaGrp it's been 6 months a simple you are not changing my connection asking to prepaid and you guys are making a bill or stop my calls 👎😡😠

    @ViCustomerCare you have a pathetic network now. It has just worsened after the Vodafone to VI move .Planning to port after a bad experience for the last few months .Tired of running in and out of the house to make and receive calls ! Loosing your customer after 17 plus years !

    @ViCustomerCare My father had a Vodafone no which he ported to a different network. We got a phone call saying that some 153 rs is still left to be paid . Can you provide me the link for payment
