  @VodafoneIN I want to escalate the issue with my postpaid number where Vodafone retention team called me on Jul 21st 2020 and promised to change the plan to rs 199/month and the promise is still not fulfilled. Can you help??

  @ViCustomerCare really a pathetic service.. looting people.. it app doesn't show the details of the recharge whether it's 2g, 3g or 4g.. after recharging I noticed that it has been done for 2g.. #vodafoneidea pathetic customer service..

  @ViCustomerCare your network fluctuations is more complicated then mood swing of average indian girl.Going e to 2g to h++ to 3g and then 4g.many times it lands me in problematic condition while working on anything.
