@VodafoneIN I want to escalate the issue with my postpaid number where Vodafone retention team called me on Jul 21st 2020 and promised to change the plan to rs 199/month and the promise is still not fulfilled. Can you help??

Worst service from @VodafoneIN network n data related complain is still not resolved from last 65 days. But daily I get call from Vi retention team not to port out my number. Are u kidding me, why shouldn't I port out if ur services are shitty... @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare have been facing lot of og/ic call connection issues lately, raised complain on May 25th... Buy no resolution yet... Do you want to switch to Airtel????

Opening complaint, 24 working hours (3days) for engineer, engineer closing ticket on 2nd or 3rd day without visiting, calling, or solving. Again complaint, 24hr...cont. Nice deadlock. Not going to renew next month. TY for this experience.

@ViCustomerCare I request you to have a look on the service your are providing in dighi shrivardhan raigad 402402 Airtel and jio is best in my area Vi service are not good We are planning to move either airtel or jio.... If service remains same Hope for positive response.
