    Worst service from @VodafoneIN network n data related complain is still not resolved from last 65 days. But daily I get call from Vi retention team not to port out my number. Are u kidding me, why shouldn't I port out if ur services are shitty... @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare have been facing lot of og/ic call connection issues lately, raised complain on May 25th... Buy no resolution yet... Do you want to switch to Airtel????

    @VodafoneIN I want to escalate the issue with my postpaid number where Vodafone retention team called me on Jul 21st 2020 and promised to change the plan to rs 199/month and the promise is still not fulfilled. Can you help??

    I had slow Internet connection and network issues since 1 month and was continuously complaining to @ViCustomerCare and now suddenly it got solved in 30 mins, I just had to buy a new SIM from @airtelindia , That’s all it took to resolve the whole issue !!!!

    @ViCustomerCare I'm still awaiting the revised bill. I can publish the audio recording where your representative clearly confirmed waiving off IR charges. Please get back on this issue ASAP based on which I'll plan to continue/port out from @ViBusinessIndia services.

    @ViCustomerCare using Last two years I am using 5 connections (980463xxxx / 844282xxxx / 967440xxxx / 974961xxxx) with the same documents, now 1 connection (869724xxxx) is suspended without any valid reason. SRN- 3-122898004579 How can I accept the address verification issue?

    @ViCustomerCare I have raised a complaint on 6 Jan however till now have not received any update on the same. My complaint number #KAR-V01171303321.Please look into this on priority else I have reach to the higher authority. @TRAI

    Hi @ViCustomerCare, I am not able to receive and send SMS from my phone. Extremely poor customer service. Is this what a customer should expect? No proper response. Only generic responses. So customer paid in full and waits indefinitely for the service?
