@VodafoneIN I want to escalate the issue with my postpaid number where Vodafone retention team called me on Jul 21st 2020 and promised to change the plan to rs 199/month and the promise is still not fulfilled. Can you help??

Worst service from @VodafoneIN network n data related complain is still not resolved from last 65 days. But daily I get call from Vi retention team not to port out my number. Are u kidding me, why shouldn't I port out if ur services are shitty... @TRAI

@TRAI @ViCustomerCare I've paid for 4G and getting 3G network for more than a week. Why this happening? In 3G mode even lite version apps don't get opened. Is this "Giganet super fast service"? Just explain, as I am disappointed by VI services.

@ViCustomerCare In the past 2 months VAS are getting enabled automatically and balance getting deducted. After contacting Customer care rep initiated refund twice whenever it happened. Need to know why is VAS automatically getting enabled and to stop it from happening again

@ViCustomerCare Dear Vi team, it is covered in day time but in evening not covered, why ?? No issue in day time, why ?? Why voice quality got decreased after complaint ???? Consumer suffering after paying in advance. Why you charge if not covered? Why 4G signal appears if not covered????
