    @ViCustomerCare have been facing lot of og/ic call connection issues lately, raised complain on May 25th... Buy no resolution yet... Do you want to switch to Airtel????

    Worst service from @VodafoneIN network n data related complain is still not resolved from last 65 days. But daily I get call from Vi retention team not to port out my number. Are u kidding me, why shouldn't I port out if ur services are shitty... @TRAI

    @VodafoneIN I want to escalate the issue with my postpaid number where Vodafone retention team called me on Jul 21st 2020 and promised to change the plan to rs 199/month and the promise is still not fulfilled. Can you help??

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Sorry to say there is no VI office in Saraidhella as indicated in your weblink. Visited Police line office yesterday , office charged Rs 100 for top up and Rs25 as service charge. But still message is not going and coming. What an harassment

    @ViCustomerCare A simple issue to replace a SIM is a challenge in this digital age - after 3 hours wait they’re processing my request AGAIN for the 2nd time. Still waiting. Spent 4.5 hours at Vi JMD Regent Square MG Rd Gurgaon Store now. Ridiculous! Have mercy on a senior citizen

    Hey, @VodafoneGroup what kind of poor services u have? @ViCustomerCare there is always no good network coverage in our Greater Noida, Sec-2 area. Especially in our Eros Sampoornam society tower area. Resolve it ASAP, Otherwise I will port my all VI connections. 😡 #Vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare @AshwiniVaishnaw Respected sir, The worst internet speed I am facing with you network. Vi provides you speed of less than 1 mbps which they are calling it as high speed, seriously. Many of time I have complained but still no resolution till date. Pathetic service

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I have spent 5.5 hrs at Vi JMD Regent Square MG Road Gurgaon Store only to be told to wait ANOTHER 24 hrs for issue resolution of a simple SIM card replacement. Absolutely pathetic. And no one from your team had contacted me or the store.
