Worst service from @VodafoneIN network n data related complain is still not resolved from last 65 days. But daily I get call from Vi retention team not to port out my number. Are u kidding me, why shouldn't I port out if ur services are shitty... @TRAI

@VodafoneIN I want to escalate the issue with my postpaid number where Vodafone retention team called me on Jul 21st 2020 and promised to change the plan to rs 199/month and the promise is still not fulfilled. Can you help??

@ViCustomerCare Noticed 1 thing, VI network is suddenly start hello tunes randomly to anyone. Last month I faced this issue twice. When calling to customer care they said that it's charged Rs.99 for 3 months. Cheating customer this way will never help you to grow. Don't do this.

@ViCustomerCare I'm tweeting this using wifi because there's something seriously wrong with your internet service. Internet not working since yesterday morning in Varanasi. Fix the issue ASAP!! Your customer care service is also really disappointing.
