    @ViCustomerCare have been facing lot of og/ic call connection issues lately, raised complain on May 25th... Buy no resolution yet... Do you want to switch to Airtel????

    Worst service from @VodafoneIN network n data related complain is still not resolved from last 65 days. But daily I get call from Vi retention team not to port out my number. Are u kidding me, why shouldn't I port out if ur services are shitty... @TRAI

    @VodafoneIN I want to escalate the issue with my postpaid number where Vodafone retention team called me on Jul 21st 2020 and promised to change the plan to rs 199/month and the promise is still not fulfilled. Can you help??

    @ViCustomerCare My VI SIM has had “No Service” for the past 1 month. The network is completely down — no calls, SMS, or mobile data are working. My recharge is active, but the issue is still not resolved. Please look into this urgently and fix the problem

    @ViCustomerCare Everyone's internet has been shut down in Kurla Kajupada. Most of the air was lost. Some towers must have malfunctioned. Please check. The Internet is shut down for citizens. Landmark - Kurla Nagrik Sahkari bank Mum.400072

    @ViCustomerCare `@ViCustomerCare VI launched 5G on 30th May but network is dead. No 4G, no 5G. Customer care not responding either. I paid for a plan and got no service. Requesting refund.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare , This is misleading. I was getting Unlimited 5G on the same device and at the same location earlier. After recharging with ₹719, the promised Unlimited 5G is not working.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Until you resolve my problem, the screenshot and number will stay on my timeline. People deserve to know about this Vi App error and how Vi treats customers. This is about transparency, not privacy. Resolve: Either refund ₹199 or activate the promised plan.

    @ViCustomerCare why do even in india? You provide worst service to the customers. I stay in Chennai even there same network issue and now I'm at village rajasthan,here ur network sucks even more . You shud close the company and sell lollypops on road . You really can't handle tis
