Worst service from @VodafoneIN network n data related complain is still not resolved from last 65 days. But daily I get call from Vi retention team not to port out my number. Are u kidding me, why shouldn't I port out if ur services are shitty... @TRAI

So: 1) I’ll keep getting calls from Vi telling me about an offer I’m not interested in. They will keep calling me throughout the day until I hear the full offer 2) your network is so bad I can’t hear them, so they will refuse to hang up. Height of stubbornness @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare but then *198* is where i cannot connect to a human, just the IVR!! so another scam, where shadily a user cannot escalate their complaints... also their VI app is Sh!t, you cannot put complaint via chatbot, now it just cant open complaint form and goes back to main screen of app
