@ViCustomerCare For last 4-5 months I am getting inflated bills with dubious charges. Every time I get a promise by the customer care executives but that too never reaches a satisfactory solution.

@ViCustomerCare one of your CCE informed me that I will have to buy an unlimited pack for receiving my bank OTPs. I had to get one and mailed you about this very poor policy, to which another CCE told me that I just had to get a Rs99 validty recharge to get OTPs. No replies since
