    @ViCustomerCare Hello my father lost his sim in morning. He immediately went to the store and got a new sim. It is almost 10 hours and the sim still not activated. He is businessman just imagine being without his phone for the entire day. Request your immediate help.

    @ViCustomerCare Need help. My father ported out of Vi. Refund amount 3916 to be paid . records by Vi Store confirms NEFT done on 3rd Jan. We never shared Bank account during porting. dont know where NEFT done by VI and to which account. Can you help and pay the refund ? thanks

    @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare They will take note of it. I called them to inform of the same. They made me recite the message, grammatical errors et al. But they have a section on their IVR for this.
