    @ViCustomerCare No network since 12pm today. This is the second time in this week we made several complaints earlier but no use. So tomorrow me along with my locality people using vi getting port out 60vi connection. We had a conversation with nearest jio store they will help us.

    @ViCustomerCare Why my internet is so slow. You guys said best 4g network but it can't download an image from WhatsApp if I want to download the same I have to switch it to wcdma mode then I am able to download the same.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare , you've wrongly charged me Rs 47 for some game that I never played . Might I ask you how does this work ,how do you charge people for services they didn't use? I tried talking to your customer care but they just don't respond. Please look into the matter.

    @ViCustomerCare What crap are u guys upto...? U guys activate value added services without the customer initiating it and debit the account...That too to an extent where u repeat the same untill all balance is wiped off in one single day!!! #Cheats #Shame

    @ViCustomerCare I went to the Vi Store yesterday they tried to convert my number into prepaid, But they said there is a network issue. Im telling again & again.. Convert my network into prepaid.. because i will never pay any bill... im selling about this since 1 month. but no one take seriously

    @ViCustomerCare If such unprofessional behaviour repeats. We all will do group port. I m waiting for the lockdown to get over. I have had the worst experience in local vi store & with u people at call center. My complaint is on till I say. Make sure this time either u improve or be answerable
