@ViCustomerCare vodafone is the worst network provider. There is no point spending so much in the data packs and you are not able to use the internet. Really disappointed. I have complained so so many times.

@ViCustomerCare when people do not frequently recharge Vi sim, you just add VAS service and deduct balances and hope people won't notice. When we call customer care no response from executive. Terrible service. Worst customer relations

This practice is unacceptable. You must stop this! For the record, I didn't activate anything from my side. My DND is fully active. This is frustrating. I called 199/198, couldn't talk to a human agent. @ViCustomerCare You do something or else I am leaving your network.
