    @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare I have tweeted several times. No network and no reply at all. VI is worst service. Better to shut ur shop rather than swindling and looting our money

    @ViCustomerCare I can't send SMS or make calls if I select LTE network, it keeps saying network error ,,also my sim registers to Vodafone 4G/2G InD rather than Vi India... I had even checked it on Xaiomi 4g volte phones, its just gives me 4g not Volte why?

    @ViCustomerCare I ordered a prepaid sim on 6th November and I was assured that it will be delivered to me on 7th November. Till date I have called the helpline number thrice and all they do is just inform the back end team. Horrible service by Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare Terrible company idea is , do you have a tower in Delhi Dwarka ? Unable to even open google let alone use internet , if you can’t fix anything via dm, then why have DM option .
