    @ViCustomerCare Why don't you shut your offices down if you can't handle your work. You people seem to be working as different companies, for Customer care, vi stores, social media and apallete. None of these are coordinated internally. WORST EVER SERVICE

    Activating a service on customer's number without their knowledge, deducting the money again and again, and not even refunding it. what kind of business is this? What if someone has to make an emergency call? I'm literally tired of this. @ViCustomerCare
