@ViCustomerCare #vi is one of the worst service centre.... I contacted vi appealate team amit pawal called from appealate team n started to argue with me instead of giving resolution.. after that dropped many mails no response from team...such a worst support n network ever seen

VI mobile service has reached to a situation where customer care writes that number is not reachable. Well, the whole reason is worst network and poorly covered range issues. At least accept and allow porting #vodafoneidea @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare So called centre and forwarded complain and was informed go to the store number will get converted into prepaid but received call from mr ketan again said can't convert the number in prepaid before 120 days than again forwarded new complaint to the call centre
