@ViCustomerCare i have corporate connection. The procedure for updating end user info is to complicated. customer care tells me to email rm. i emailed rm. the mail bounced back. Why dont you keep things simple this process is more complicated than buying a new house.

@ViCustomerCare Prepaid line 9837732320 just ported n activated to Delhi circle but not able to use Volte n Voip service yet.... Only 4g data working. All settings in phone checked, looks good but vi has issues... Kindly check

@ViCustomerCare At d time of port bill was of 300 and after 5-6 days it was ported. Now your company is asking for 700 which is unjustified. Customer service executive says stay back in Vi then we will reverse these charges it means harassing specially if ported to @reliancejio
