@ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago @nsitharaman They DMed saying that they have escalated to their seniors, but escalation is a term used to fix things on priority, but nothing of that sort has happened. On porting out, 10 Vi reps called me asking for the issue, they said to have escalated to seniors, no response.(3/6)

@ViCustomerCare Thankyou customer care for refunding my excess amount ,cancelling my forced fly plan 2 sim card ,and forced postpaid transfer to original prepaid.Back office team👍.

@ViCustomerCare been running from pillar to post to get my primary number removed from the family plan. So tired of poor network that requested store in Ajmer to exchange my sim to see if that helps before I port my 23 yr old vi number. But they can’t even change my SIM card !!

@ViCustomerCare @ARanganathan72 I have done my 155 recharge on VI in a hope of good internet but believe my guys they provide me with the worst service,i was not able to use my vi data at all ,even i can't use internet while on call , it's better to change the sim @Vi network not working

Atleast 3 calls per day. No progress or improvement from @Uber_Support even after multiple reminders. Need your support to stop this nuisance. @ViCustomerCare .Full DND is already activated.

@ViCustomerCare Some where end of Dec 2022 you sales sept contacted me to port all my numbers claiming VI network service has improved So I ported my 4 numbers end of Dec 22. After the no got active I realise the VI network is worst then my previous service provider
