    @ViCustomerCare Mr. Chetan noted my complaint against the forcefull payment via monetary balance for Sim replacement. With respect to my complaint I received the the call from Mr Suraj, who informed that they do not accept cash or digital payment for Sim replacement and denied to share email.

    @ViCustomerCare Why does It take so long to issue an stolen SIM? They are saying It is because of my SIM was ported to Idea, and They are also refusing to carry forward my Balance because of MNP, Is This how you treat your old customers when they need you?

    @TRAI please make customer friendly rules. Is it not ridiculous to be with same service provider for 90 days and keep paying the company for no/worst services ? Please look into the matter judiciously. @ViCustomerCare @vodafoneIN_Fdtn

    @ViCustomerCare Multiple ZERO Network Complaints made since last one month and all of them closed without the issue being resolved. ZERO Network in my office since last ONE Month. Is this part of some Internal Strategy to force customers to port out to other service providers?
