    @ViCustomerCare I am having 699 plan. Prime was provided but in just 2-3 months it was cancelled by Vi without any intimation from there end. After reaching customer care they said we cant do anything. Totally frustrated.wasting my money. Soon not resolved, joining @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare I Got a call from - 6391-390-143, he said he is your agend, even SMS Came from Vi. He took Code from me, and give wrong information about plan, change my Plan. Futher I Requested Customer Care, how this man got to know, Kindly check who is he.

    @ViCustomerCare several times complained about bad network at my residential address. I thought services will improve. But now u have left me no other option than porting the number to another operator. Had post paid connection since 2006. @VodaIdea_NEWS

    @ViCustomerCare @Iamshahbaz_mohd If we DM for coverage issue then you will tell there is building block, road block,therefore weak signal,you will ask us to go to next building,if we ask for vowifi volte and esim you will tell you don’t have… then what to ask you??.
