    @VodafoneIN I haven't got any call from your representative today. Yesterday a commitment was given that it will solve by today. Zero percent progress on my complaint till now. #reckless

    @ViCustomerCare my calling sercice is not working whereas my net is working well. Also the phone is an volte enabled phone the signal is only coming as normal 4g. The calling purpose needs to be fixed ASAP as this is my primary number.

    @TRAI If the problem is with @ViCustomerCare telecom towers why should the customer pay. They can simply block the service. This is total loot and bad posturing @AdityaBirlaGrp did not expect this from a group of your reputation 2/n

    @ViCustomerCare Your internet services are worst among all service providers. Even 2G speed is better than your 4G. I was earlier a jio user but I shifted to Vi, that's my biggest fault.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir this needs to be looked into from a customer's pov. In any case the service of telecom companies is extremely sub par and then these charges as levied by @ViCustomerCare are further burden. 3/n
