  @VodafoneIN I never told them the issue is resolved and it is not resolved. Still we are having the same problem. All the five connections I have at home are having the same issue. Please resolve.

  @ViCustomerCare You can never trust VI network. Sometimes its the most fastest and sometimes its the worst ever. You miss important calls, lectures frequently. I thought its my problem only. But seeing so many friends, and people from all over, I am sure that VI is a sinking ship

  @ViCustomerCare in last two months i have raised multiple quries but non of thoes got resolved. While roaming voice and data was pathetic, back to base also has same issue data is "H" or max "H+". What's going on with VI. Please fix it elase SMS "PORT" to xxxxxxxx.

  @ViCustomerCare so, I could move up to a RedX 1099 plan within 30 seconds. But now that I have to change it to the RedX 699 plan, I have been trying to do that unsuccessfully for 2 months now. Btw, your customer care sucks! No response to my reminder emails.

  Such a disgusting service provide by VI operator in my area. From last one and half month vodafone company technical team solving their issue but till now they can’t solve a problem. I want to request you that fire such people who can’t solve a problem.@ViCustomerCare @vinews
