@VodafoneIN I never told them the issue is resolved and it is not resolved. Still we are having the same problem. All the five connections I have at home are having the same issue. Please resolve.

@VodafoneIN You haven't done it for 17days. Now you're saying you will give resolution quickly. ROFL. 😂 Gave reasons like Sim got scratches, back end was unable to reach you. If I'm they are unable to reach me means that's a failure of your network. Biggest liars in market.

Whereas for @ViCustomerCare connection I had to visit 4 times to store in this covid situation, I was forced to get first recharge from store, online was not happening, that to payment was taken by cash no upi or card for first recharge, felt very bad,

@ViCustomerCare When i called the customer care at first they told me you have to pay all the bills we can't do anything about it but later they said we will revert it by 10 may 2021 now it's 11 may and my bill is still showing as it was before.
