    @VodafoneIN I never told them the issue is resolved and it is not resolved. Still we are having the same problem. All the five connections I have at home are having the same issue. Please resolve.

    @ViCustomerCare @PatelRitik06 😒 even I am using your network from past many years , Vodafone was better but Vodafone idea is terrible waste of existence as telecom, same place after this “Vi” signal quality is worst , I feel it’s time to exist “Vi”

    @ViCustomerCare I have been following up on ticket #4-123665023888 for a lifetime now. It tells me this is processed? Is this a joke? DOES YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXIST? And stop with the misleading advertising 8am-midnight does not equal 24/7

    @ViCustomerCare My SIM is blocked since 28th Sept. I had recharged for a year in April 21 & I am out of India till Feb 22. Currently my sister is operating my phone by my approval. Please help to get a new SIM card ASAP. I can authenticate with a video call and copy of aadhar.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViVodaidea I already have stopped VI due to high inconvenience and unnecessry balance deduction, network issue n all and now its time for my sister to stop using it. I advice her to get it port on other service provider. No VI no headache. Now my sister is having headche talking to CC .

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Rahul, am using my number last 13 years, I never face this type of silly issues, Am done the 95/- recharge pack, try to send the one message, it's not working so I realised pack not provided the message service, then am done with 10/- recharge and get the 8/- main balance,1/2

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic Service of Vi at Vinayakpur Durg 491221, No Signal from Past 1 Hours. Complained many times, but no resolution on this matter, only said we will fix within 5 days. That's the service, shame on you Vi. No technician sent here to check the tower status.
