    @VodafoneIN Everyone who called me from Vodafone promised the resolution between 48 to 72hours. This is from 12th Aug they have been saying the same thing. Now you are asking me to have some patience. How can I have it.. 18days and 0% progress. #shameless

    @VodafoneIN You haven't done it for 17days. Now you're saying you will give resolution quickly. ROFL. 😂 Gave reasons like Sim got scratches, back end was unable to reach you. If I'm they are unable to reach me means that's a failure of your network. Biggest liars in market.

    @aashishsky @VodafoneIN My complaint was not resolved for 20 days and even now it is not resolved. They will not resolve also. Please have a plan to port.

    @VodafoneIN You don't need to cover up yourself keeping lockdown as a reason. I complained about the network issue months back. Your shameless network teams closed it without resolving. #ripvodafone

    @VodafoneIN Since how many days have you been saying the same thing to me. I lost my patience. You guys didn't have minimum common sense. It's been 17days, 0% progress in my complaint. Wish Sunil sood interference could help me out.

    @VodafoneIN I never told them the issue is resolved and it is not resolved. Still we are having the same problem. All the five connections I have at home are having the same issue. Please resolve.

    @VodafoneIN I haven't got any call from your representative today. Yesterday a commitment was given that it will solve by today. Zero percent progress on my complaint till now. #reckless

    @ViCustomerCare For the last 2 months I am only getting updates that our team will update you soon. It's already 2 months over and I have not received any call any mail from your end. Many complaints were rasied by Vi app but no response received. Fake promises and wrost service I have ever seen

    @ViCustomerCare Hi team, there is connectivity issues I.e 4G switches to 3G and same again switches to 2G. Unable to use data. Please intervene in this matter as I am paying data for 4G. Hope you will understand my concern and take prompt action ASAP.

    Finally ported from @ViCustomerCare and switched to the new network. Sad to see How good company came down to their lowest. 10yrs of random deductions, poor network, cheap services, and daily tantrums. Let's hope someday they remove non-working employees and regain their market

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Approach national consumer helpline. They are very much effective. Airtel was making me run from pillar to post for my grievances. Almost two month I was following Airtel and receiving very very poor response. I approached NCH and within 3 day I got my refund from Airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, Recharge & tarriff plans at Vi are absolutely greedy and profit driven where customer is last priority. ₹95 recharge gives you a sim validity of 35 days with no outgoing sms facility.Totally unacceptable and disgraceful. Breach of customer trust.

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I had exactly the same experience! I won’t call it as a customer care, they are so brutal in words! I cleared all the dues pending and 2 months after switching to another network they started calling me so badly! Being just a common man, I’ve paid whatever they have asked for
