@VodafoneIN You haven't done it for 17days. Now you're saying you will give resolution quickly. ROFL. 😂 Gave reasons like Sim got scratches, back end was unable to reach you. If I'm they are unable to reach me means that's a failure of your network. Biggest liars in market.

@VodafoneIN I complained months back and every representative gave me false commitments and resolutions and you will be the next. @TRAI I have raised my issue in @DoT_India as well. They closed it without resolving. Both @VodafoneIN and @DoT_India are useless.

@VodaIdea_NEWS are such useless network provider, they removed Outgoing SMS option from all the smaller recharges. Just to send 1 SMS from reg. number for bank verification, you need to put base pack of Rs.128/- (Maha & Goa) to start sms option. #TRAI @ViCustomerCare #SickPlan
