@VodafoneIN I never told them the issue is resolved and it is not resolved. Still we are having the same problem. All the five connections I have at home are having the same issue. Please resolve.

@VodafoneIN You haven't done it for 17days. Now you're saying you will give resolution quickly. ROFL. 😂 Gave reasons like Sim got scratches, back end was unable to reach you. If I'm they are unable to reach me means that's a failure of your network. Biggest liars in market.

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIN_News Ref. No. SR #-MUM-V004420347340 The resolution expected date was 13 May 21 l 06.00PM . & Now today it's 16 May 2021 So can we know what was the outcome. This is the common issue with #Vi they just keep on generating SR & at time of result is ZERO

@iampayalghosh @ViCustomerCare I had recharged my @ViCustomerCare number with 3 Month plan, believe me, after day 2 I wasn't even able to make a single google search. The plan expired recently on 9th May, I was never able to use their Internet except the first 2 days. I'm not going to recharge it ever.
