    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI In case of any problem faced due to network, can't even lodge a complaint via 198/199. App doesn't work if net is down, no way to contact with customer support agent. Kindly take necessary steps for this. No help option via call support only robot speaks.

    @ViCustomerCare, your 4G network offers excellent speed, but airtel's4G/5G network is very slow. Please fix your 5G network or switch users to a stable 4G experience. Why are you charging for 5G while providing such poor service, @airtelindia? I'm planning to port my number to Vi
