    @ViCustomerCare you guys have been one of the worst in the business. I complained about increase in promo calls on my no. Instead of solving it thru system intervention u asked me to talk to each such caller and then send the call details to you. I am receiving 50 calls daily.

    @ViCustomerCare again I am unable to connect Customer care by dialing 198/199, by Dialing 198 I am getting IVR for offers again this by @VodafoneGroup to stop complaining me. Worst Network of India, Indoor coverage is very very Poor. And they create hurdle to connect on 198

    @ViCustomerCare when there is a wrong transaction. It’s not a normal usage from the customer why wasn’t the data switched off. When already there is a sim from another country with data on how is Vodafone data being used. Switch data is off, data roaming is off, india data is off

    @ViCustomerCare no explanation given by customer care person as to why additional Rs. 25 were added to my bill under Value added Services. All I was told that I have downloaded some content from PlayStore, which I haven't. Even tough amount is reverted back, need some explanation
