@VodafoneIN Hi @VodafoneIN still the issue is not resolved and this is quite critical. I am using two sims one same phone. The other one is @reliancejio i am able to make call from it to the same number on which i am not able to call from Vodafone sim. It's been 7 days now.

@VodafoneIN Your customer care team 198 is asking 48 - 72 hours to investigate this issue and then they can confirm the timeline, stores people are not responding , it's been more then 24 hours and I am not able to use my @VodafoneIN prepaid sim, No wonder why people are leaving and port out

@VodafoneIN Whenever I am requesting customer care team to connect to thier manager , they simply put my call on hold and disconnect it , similar to your stores people who straight away mentioned that you can't meet the manager at all @VodafoneIN

@ViCustomerCare Hi, with regards to your network complaint no. UPE-V00879618904, we have checked our network strength in your area and have found it optimal. In case you arent satisfied, you can appeal at 198 (Toll Free) within 30 days. pls come and check your network worst network ever
