    @ViCustomerCare you guys have been one of the worst in the business. I complained about increase in promo calls on my no. Instead of solving it thru system intervention u asked me to talk to each such caller and then send the call details to you. I am receiving 50 calls daily.

    @ViCustomerCare what about the intl roaming charges i have paid but did not get to make or get normal calls. I even got a message that it was not working so we’re you not wrong in charging for me what does not work ? i could take you to consumer court.

    @ViCustomerCare I’m unable to send / receive SMS since morning. It is quite disappointing at your part that I have faced the same issue in the month of April 2021 also, which got resolved after rigorous follow ups for more than a week.

    The SMS clearly states 1GB/day for 7 days. It does not say the offer is valid only on the day I received the SMS. I received only the first day's 1GB. Please verify this with your technical team and register a complaint instead of giving contradictory information @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare According to your press release, Vodafone 5G services were scheduled to be launched in Kharagpur, West Bengal, by the end of June. Today is July 3rd, and the service has still not been activated in this area. Could you please clarify why there has been a delay in the rollout?
