    Seems like vodafone doesn’t care about the customers anymore! Worst network coverage, worst internet! Numerous complaints raised but no one bothers to resolve the issue. Have been with Vodafone from past 5years! I guess its tym to leave the network! @VodafoneIN @Sunfun16

    @VodafoneIN It's my service registration number 3080212322 is registered on 14-sep.And nothing responses come yet. i'm very much suffered from this network issue. I can't make a call yet. And the internet browsing quality is very poor .

    @DivyaMangotra @VodafoneIN True. You get direct “no service” for both @VodafoneIN and @airtelindia in Hauz khas,Delhi. We had to put booster at home to get at least some network. Forget about 3G & 4G. But its a pain. Sad to hear that we dont have proper connection working around us.

    @VodafoneIN what kind of service your company is giving, conversion from post paid to prepaid and I am being told that now I will be out off network for 48 hours. Since recharge in process. Why can’t you inform customers what all issues they will face apart from network missing

    @VodafoneIN The network has gone from bad to worse in the past couple of days. The handset says “No service” and whenever there is a network available, only one bar displays which doesn’t let calls go through, SMS delivery fails and if at all calls go through, they drop instantly

    @ViCustomerCare @JioCare customer poc spoke to me for an hour explaining how processes are completed and asked me to wait till 21st Nov 4pm. He read all the guidelines and spoke to me in some tone! Guess what? I had to call Jio customer care at 11:30pm to beg and this resolved! Still waiting 🫣
