    @johnjishu372 @Idea The customers support and service is pathetic. Also having very poor network coverage. I am also a victim of @idea_cares @VodafoneIN . My mobile 9911338555 issued to another customer after taking the advance rental till September 2021 and now not refunding. Think twice before

    @ViCustomerCare This network claims fastest 4G in my town and it doesn't even allow me to watch 2 minute video in YouTube. Not even in 144p. Vodafone was way better off without idea cellular merge.

    @ViCustomerCare hi, i receive 1-2 calls everyday from vodafone for activation of some cricket value added service . its highly irritating and i have also activated the service thinking that i would stop receiving the calls , but still i receive 1-2 call everyday.
