@JioCare I don't want further harassment by ur Customer Cares same repititive reply/excuses. that's the reason I stopped using your network. When @VodafoneIN network doesn't work I am using yours untill validity expiring. After that I m not going to recharge and use ur network 🙂

@VodafoneIN VOLTE calling issue. While calling signal falls back to 2G/3G. 4G signal quality is very low. Call disconnect/disturbance is a very common issue on Vodafone VOLTE network. Mobile data doesn't work always, need to switch off then on or airplane mode off then on to make it work.

@ViCustomerCare I must say you are so so so arrogant that everytime my mom wants get rid of your services her port out request gets rejected. First of all your 4G service is equivalent to 2G and second your network coverage is horrible. You can't hold back a customer like this.

@ViCustomerCare Yesterday 5th April 2023 end of my pack validity, and I'm done next month recharge before 2 hrs of end of the day, so however next month validity showing 3rd may 2023. The new recharge should be start tomorrow 6th April 2023. I'm unhappy with your service 😔😔😔
