    I want to port my #Jio number 7003232463 to any network. Can anyone suggest me which one is better than jio in West Bengal. Jio giving 0.06 mbps minimum speed to 1.46 mbps highest speed. This is not 4G speed. @VodafoneIN @airtelindia @JioCare @Idea

    @VodafoneIN Hey Vodafone internet 4g speed is very slow in jadavpur, South Kolkata.. can't expect this much slow from Vodafone that too at the heart of city.. also what's the benefit of using postpaid connection if speed is that much slow. Please do something.

    @VodafoneIN Suddenly I can see Rs. 49 has been deducted from my MOM's 7872411222. Customer support can't clarify the reason & refund, wheather 1 yr. Unlimited plan is already activated. What's wrong with @VodafoneIN Those uneducated stuffs are enough to spoil ur reputation.

    The service operator asks me that if I have to keep my number valid I'll have to send a 'cancel' request. Upon which I confirmed that is this validity only till I am done with my PORT process. To which he agreed. He made me send a CANCEL message. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare In past I have raised issues on the given WhatsApp, sent SMS, sent email. All goes to deaf automated systems. Never got any reply. It’s such a waste of time to keep repeating problems on your various different avenues.

    This is against the customer's right. What's the point of Rs 49 recharge if we can't send a sms. VI stopped the outgoing sms service. Solve my problem and starts the SMS service. @VodafoneIN_News @vodafonein1 @ViCustomerCare
