    @ViCustomerCare its 15 yrs now, that i'm using Vodafone. Was hvng strng faith and trust wid vi but day by after the tower service is getting worst. I'm just skeptic aboit breaking relationship over here. But with the strong adore for vi, i'm still hoping to get a good network.

    Just after a 365days recharge, me & my friend both started having problems in #Vodafone; connectivity issues & call drops multiple times a day in last 30 days. Whereas, everything is fine in my 2nd #Vi SIM which has a normal 28days data recharge, with talktime! @ViCustomerCare

    Between January and today, I have called customer care at least 20 times. Each time I've bn told charges will be reversed but it hasn't been.Nobody has called from @ViCustomerCare but I get sms saying that I did not answer my phone. Fed up of yr cheating and lying malpractices

    @ViCustomerCare I have already raised a complain previously, but still facing the same network error, network issue. I had already recharged for 1 yr, I'm srry that I have to port my connection. 15 yrs, that im using hutch then vodafone.

    @ViCustomerCare Please don't give such useless resolutions. This is cheating. You can't return my money because you don't want to. By cheating customer, you will lose many other customers. Everyone should know about my bitter experience.

    @ViCustomerCare We talk about so many things but the basic concern is that Indian companies cheat customers and they take advantage of the Indian consumer laws. Their excuse is that company policies don't allow them to refund customer's money, even when no service was provided.

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea has no right to cheat customers and deny the basic ask. You cannot digest my money which I had paid to VI for a service which you didn't give. My crusade will continue forever. Don't underestimate a genuine customer.

    @ViCustomerCare Already complaining for past 6 month... do some resolutions... nothing will going to be resolved if your representive call and "tell that we understand your problem and our engineers working hard to.resolve the problem" I am hearing this for past 6 month.. High time now.

    @ViCustomerCare Now when I called him at 6:30 pm to inquiry for my sims, I was told it will not be delivered today as they won't be able to come and asking me to receive the sims on Monday 26th Sep'2022. Is this your standard of service you give to your customer. Shame on you all

    @ViCustomerCare I am not able to delete it. I am serious about the same as we are paying the same amount which airtel n jio subscribers pay them for a good speed 5G network. I need better Speed currently it is 5mbps. Too much interference on this area

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone idea is a fraud. Twice i have raised a request to close my Sim But all u r doing is to cancel my request and reintiate the billing cycle. If you are living in days of your beggary, Than u don't hold any rights to harrase the consumer and earn ur money.

    I accidentally recharged my number even though my existing plan is already valid till June. The recharge was done just now. I kindly request you to please cancel this recharge and process a refund or adjust it accordingly. @ViCustomerCare
