    I think @VodafoneIN is the most useless network in #India. It is better not to have such a network in this country. I can't call anyone from tomorrow morning but internet is working well.

    @he_shashank @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Every mail to the customer care is being addressed by a bot. It is very clear to me with the standard generic response. Fooling people. Intent is completely missing and the urge is not there. @VodafoneIN @Idea using this COVID situation as an excuse to do nothing on ground.

    @VodafoneIN How long a customer can suffer, ask Vodafone at Kolkata. Vodafone mobile network is completely out of reach since May 20, 2020. Neither Vodafone had mobile network not internet connectivity. Once you were a king, now you compell your customer to move to other network.

    @VodafoneIN Facing network issue from last 5days..call not connected if connect then call drop issue going on. Internet speed is just wrost. Plese do the needful for prevent those problem.

    Since #Amphan mobile network has been a luxury for Kolkata. Forget about 4g but steady 2g network is atlst essential. Really pathetic service. It seems we're living in 80's. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @rsprasad @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @abpanandatv @TOIKolkata @Zee24Ghanta

    @VodafoneIN Dear Team Vodafone, it's been long time that the service of your network I'm not getting as per the promise made by your advertisement. As well as I'm not getting the help from your customer service department as well. Sad to say have to discontinue using Vodafone.

    @VodafoneIN @rsprasad from last 5 days no outgoing calls internet too slow no customer care support this is how vodafone work after lockdown end we should first port to jio, Airtel or any other company but no more vodafone

    @VodafoneIN 'AMPHAN' hampered network connectivity 9days ago, after it, commendable effort from your team has been able to restore the connectivity. Now please normalize the service ASAP, as facing problems to make outgoing calls as well as Internet connectivity.

    @ViCustomerCare So actually matter is that due to you glichy and ****** app I mistakenly activated a Value Added service ( SonyLiv Subscription) And one of you agent given fake commitment she said I successfully deactivated after 4 months I found that is activated

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @exploreIMC Really need to train your dumb customer care. everybody just says we are sorry and opens a complaint. Then close it after some days without confirming if problem is solved. When we ask again, the cycle goes on. How idiotic way of work. No escalation matrix. @ViCustomerCare
