    @ViCustomerCare I have already raised a complain previously, but still facing the same network error, network issue. I had already recharged for 1 yr, I'm srry that I have to port my connection. 15 yrs, that im using hutch then vodafone.

    @ViCustomerCare I purchased dongle postpaid sim from vi store kol-42 now I wanted to discontinue it,emails sent to customer care and CEO on 1st and 2nd August’22 but till results zero,Vi are trying linger so as to collect more money from customers like me aged 71 yrs,harassed

    @ViCustomerCare I want justice. Vodafone idea should not cheat customers. I have paid my recharge amount. You have not restored my services and not bothered to return my money. I condemn such acts. You are fleecing customers and not providing resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare Already complaining for past 6 month... do some resolutions... nothing will going to be resolved if your representive call and "tell that we understand your problem & our engineers working hard to.resolve the problem" I am hearing this for past 6 month. DO SOME CONCRETE SOLUTIONS

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea has no right to cheat customers and deny the basic ask. You cannot digest my money which I had paid to VI for a service which you didn't give. My crusade will continue forever. Don't underestimate a genuine customer.

    @ViCustomerCare The outgoing service of my mom's phone stopped but incoming was active. I had recharged using talk time of INR 50/- Now VI is forcing me to pay for another higher plan to restore the services. Extremely bad customer service.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Guys!See the brilliant Network team of VI’s knowledge who is saying an iphone is problematic which works under every VI 4G TOWER OF KOLKATA except the tower of my home address. A problematic phone will not work under any sim and tower

    @ViCustomerCare Am not Begging discount from you, first thing as a network and internet service provider its vodafoneidea duty to provide me proper service. I am talking about my rights that "when vodafoneidea is giving 2G Network service in my area and charging for 4G which is wrong".

    @ViCustomerCare having faced repeated problems in CUG Postpaid connection. No respite despite several calls to customer care. Call drops time and again, no audio in the midst of incoming and outgoing calls. Dejected completely, planning to switch over to other network

    @ViCustomerCare it has been 7 years &your signal quality in Trans Gomti, Lucknow area is still pathetic. Whenever people call me directly, voice quality is so poor that conversations can barely be heard properly. On top of that, internet speed is extremely disappointing.1/2

    @ViCustomerCare I called your customer care and your executive simply refused to talk and said our system is not working so call after 4 hrs, so I raised port request and bty it will be my third Vodafone number that I'm going to port from same locality which is a prime location.

    @ViCustomerCare I don't want to get in touch. Vi is PURE FRAUD. Not giving proper service, not addressing complaints and then you have the audacity to harass me for payments for services that you have not rendered in the first place. Any more spam calls & I'll see Vi in the consumer court.

    Hi,@ViCustomerCare You are turning out to be my worst experience, today again got an issue which is of no incoming, no outgoing and no internet connection. I have an active recharge 5G pack of 2 months and checked everything it's all okay. Pls look into it. #Vi #customerservice
