    Dear @ViCustomerCare Pls be informed that if I get one more unsolicited call from Vi offering me extra sim card or a change of plan, I swear I'll shift to Airtel. Your service is terrible and I'm sticking around only because my relation with Vodafone is beyond plain commercial.

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea has no right to cheat customers and deny basic human rights. VI is not returning the money which I had paid for getting a service which was not given to me. My crusade for justice will continue forever. Don't think that I will remain silent.

    Between January and today, I have called customer care at least 20 times. Each time I've bn told charges will be reversed but it hasn't been.Nobody has called from @ViCustomerCare but I get sms saying that I did not answer my phone. Fed up of yr cheating and lying malpractices

    @ViCustomerCare I got an sms in Jan 2022 sauing my Amazon prime subscription would be renewed for Rs1k. I agreed. The very nxt day, another sms announced that it was renewed for Rs1499. I immediately requested Vodafone to cancel it. T

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone idea has only one response- We don't want to lose you. They're cheating customers and denying basic help. They have scrapped all basic plans. Does everyone needs data and SMS? Nothing for old people who only need talk time. Disgusting. Shame on you.

    @ViCustomerCare False promises being made by your retention team to prevent me from porting out of Vodafone. Pl note that I was told by retention team that fraudulent charges on my bill would be waived. However 24 hrs later I get a call from customer care saying they won't be.

    Just after a 365days recharge, me & my friend both started having problems in #Vodafone; connectivity issues & call drops multiple times a day in last 30 days. Whereas, everything is fine in my 2nd #Vi SIM which has a normal 28days data recharge, with talktime! @ViCustomerCare
