    @ViCustomerCare I am trying to get a sim replacement for my 88 yr old grandpa who can barely move. I spoke to customer care who asked me to go to Vi store with his identity proof and told they will replace it. At the store they're insisting that I need to get my Grandpa here 1/3

    @ViCustomerCare You have KYC at he facilities and would readily deliver sim at home, but for a loyal customer who has been with you for 10+ years you can't even replace a sim? Can't you deliver replacement sim at home or by courier? 3/3

    @ViCustomerCare very disappointing and pathetic service from Vodafone idea(Vi). Just wanted to upgrade 3G sim to 4G sim,(Delhi) went to Vi store, tried more than 20 times sending message to 55199, but every time it failed with unable to process message.Even called 199but no use.

    @ViCustomerCare I have received message that vi team is unable to confirm details during visit. Where the fact is nobody has reached my place or home.Such a disgusting service from Vodafone. If you guys are providing such bullshit service then do let me know so that I can port.
