    @ViCustomerCare In our area Mubarakpur, Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh, PIN CODE- 276404, Internet speed is very very slow, only 3G and 2G network comes, only sometimes 4G network comes with very slow speed. Please take my concern and Improve network speed.

    .@ViCustomerCare your customer care team has informed me it will take till Nov 1 for me to port out. I have applied on Oct 22! What is going on? You can't force me to wait. The approval to port out is pending from your side! This is malpractice! .@TRAI please note

    @r_sri_vatsan @ViCustomerCare You can set network selection to 4G/3G/2G , so that internet surfs on 4g and calls will made from 2G Although Vi , in the time of arrival of 5G era , your 4g network has issues like service outage, no signal, poor internet, no vowifi, volte disrupted

    @ViCustomerCare Hello there I was using my phone on vi sim card and suddenly it stopped working,there is no signal status, no sim card status and it's almost 6 Hours. I have tested the sim in another devices and results is same there is no sim card.

    @ViCustomerCare My num 9962256361 am using urnetwork from hutch past 10 years ,postpaid plan monthly charges are increased without my knowledge from last month bill Am not possible to paid extra If u r reduce my plan, i'll continue same otherwise change my network @VodafoneIdeaIN

    @ViCustomerCare still i am suffering to get otp from Google, whatsapp even not receive any recharge sms . It happening after replacing my sim card. No help from your side. No response in DM .
