    @ViCustomerCare Past five days without signal for my sim. No proper actions taken so far from Vodafone. just simply stating "working on your issue". It is my primary sim. stuck with many transactions because of this issue. bad service from VI

    Hello @ViCustomerCare, any update? It’s been a week since I complained about pathetic network. Your five different executives called me during the period but nothing happened. You are indeed living up to your reputation of being the worst service provider!

    @TRAI No respite from unsolicited calls by Vodafone Idea team for plan upgrade calls made in guise of service calls !! @ViCustomerCare why have u shared my mobile numbers to these agents and pls stop this . I get 2 such calls almost every day

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone idea is so sucks that even 4G is not stable in my area it will continuosly change from 3g to 4g and after that i will get 3g for like 10minutes and again 3g to 4g ad it will get 4g for like 50sec than again it will be 3g again useless 4g and here you say fasttest 4g net.

    @ViCustomerCare please help me to know the way to order vi hotspot through online. I am from Berhampur, Odisha (Pin code 760001). In the vi store, they don't have hotspot. Thanks

    Pathetic Service @ViCustomerCare Internet Gets Disconnected Automatically very frequently. Not possible to do any real time task with this internet connection. Any banking transaction may take hours , which can be finished in minutes.

    It is now more than 1 years and 2 months and still i have not recieved my refund from #Vi the worst is iam still using Vi and paying my bills but could not get my money back for other vi account @ViCustomerCare @TRAI
