@ViCustomerCare team, Facing network issue in my area! Everytime have to go to terrace if want to pick a call! While talking to someone they aren’t hear my voice. I don’t know why you guys didn’t resolve such a major issue.

I'm not able to send or receive any SMS frim my VI number from more then a week now and the customer care do not take it seriously. 1st of all they do not talk properly and then they just ask to wait. It's the worst service I have ever received from anyone. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I used your Postpaid service with the individual Plan of 699/Month But Your Postpaid Service is Very Bad and Your Postpaid Support Too. I changed my plan from Postpaid to Prepaid but your support team is just making us fool. Suggest better Operator for me. Please.
