Dear @ViCustomerCare I have raised APR-V00920302298 . The entire area of pincode 504214 experience poor signal coverage from past 4 years still no improvement . Send your BTS testing team to improve the signal coverage .If not i have to port to other network .

@ViCustomerCare what is wrong with you. I've put a request to port my sim from Vodafone to another Operator, and your customer care is literally harassing me by calling every half an hour. Despite me telling them to stop calling me, I'm receiving continuous calls ?!!? +

I had been to the @ViCustomerCare center to try and get outgoing services reactivated. The angle of the rep's screen was such that I could see my own details. In red, there was a ticker that said, 'Social Media High Influencer. Handle With Care.' And yet, my issue persists!

I have experienced worst network coverage in @ViCustomerCare .We, the customer want that Vodafone Idea(Vi) grow again to prevent Monopoly of Airtel & Jio . But I think the management team of Vodafone Idea is not serious about it. #vodafoneidea #Vi
