@ViCustomerCare Why don’t you respond to my messages? I will DM but have no time to waste in trying to navigate through your IVR I have lodged this complaint and will shift to another telco if I keep getting unwanted calls despite full DND activation it’s painful specially when one is in USA

Very much dissatisfied with Vodafone service.The worst experience in this network. No one knows how to deal with customers. Enough is enough. If my issue does not resolve within the next 12 hrs I will definitely port my Vi number to any other network. @ViCustomerCare @vodafone.

@ViCustomerCare I have vi postpaid sim which suddenly has no network one day. After visiting to vi store, they gave new sim to me still I do not see any signal for vi sim. I have other Vi sims also which are working fine.Following complaint has been raised since last 3 days.

@ViCustomerCare Hii my no is 8749069825 I have bought new sim 5 days back and from last 5 days i am not able to use 4g internet services due to APN sertings issue in my apple IPhone 12 handset and from last 5 days continue i am perusing through customer care officer but they also not able.

@ViCustomerCare I had call from vi and told me that I have poor network in my area. But still we will not upgrade it. For better network you should go to other network providers

@ViCustomerCare It looks like I am porting my sim to another network as after talking so many times with @ViCustomerCare I don't see the result. So I decided that currently I am porting my sim to another network very soon and also mention all the incidents to every social media.
