    @ViCustomerCare i ported to Vi 2 days ago in hope for better coverage but I'm not able to send any sms. Switching network mode didn't helped either. Raised complaint on app but no response. Pls look into this on priority as I'm stuck to do some transactions

    @ViCustomerCare @TalkCharge Bill payment of Vi number has been done on 28-10-2021 through TalkCharge Application with operator id CC011301BAAA05331876. But, message is received from Vi that Bill payment is still pending and charged in bill of this month. Kindly solve the issue.

    @ViCustomerCare you increase your tariff but the services are not upto mark. Can’t make any calls today, what’s your excuse today @VodaIdea_NEWS. This is the 4th time in last 2-3months I’m complaining about your network. Don’t take me granted for your network. Please resolve this

    @ViCustomerCare I am visiting your customer center from 3 months for waiver. They connect my call to call specialists they promise me waiver and call me back after few time on my number and then run away from promise. Today they promised and then again refused me after 10 minutes
