    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @akshayamoondra I just got a call from VI, but he is assuring me to improve the quality of network. But when I asked him that what he will do for the improvement of network there was no answer. And again assuring me for the improvement by words only. Now I am in doubt.

    Well deserved difficult times for @ViCustomerCare. 24hrs ago their executive confirms I had a mighty deposit against my account for Intl roaming. I initiated port-out and magically the deposit disappears. Seeking support from @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare on 16.01.2023, I have port my sim jio to VI help of VI agent. finally it's port but agents says once port success your recharge be done of one month but now I use VI with No recharge and Agents also was not there. What can I do? I am still waiting for recharge.
