@ViCustomerCare pathetic service, I ported my number to @airtelindia after having a series of bad experiences with VI but the executive promised me a two month waiver if I cancelled my port, I cancelled and now VI is saying can't be waived off (1/3)

@ViCustomerCare Hi, If a prepaid customer recharges 2 days before validity expiry of existing plan, why the existing validity gets lapsed and why it doesn't starts from the expiry date. @reliancejio is offering this. No loss of validity if you reacharge early. Can you please help

@ViCustomerCare For a Promised Waiver after my request for PORT OUT of Vodafone, you are now saying -not possible for any waiver. Complaint is pending for almost 1 month now.. A executive comes and says.. can waive Rs.10,then Rs. 50 - STOP treating your customers as BEGGARS.
