    @ViCustomerCare is e sim available only on postpaid plans ? I went to buy r sim on prepaid but customer care representative told its available on postpaid plans. Also prepaid new connection used numbers only will be available is it true ?

    Now I know why VI India is Drowning? Because their service is just 🤮🤮 @ViCustomerCare Pls improve your service otherwise I'll have to Shift to another Network First they show another plan and after recharging we don't get full benefits and Network Issue, SMS problem... OMG!!
