    @ViCustomerCare I want to migrate from vi prepaid to vi postpaid so that i can avail benifits from my balance in main account. But your vi customer care centres are not helping me on this...sirsa vi store is not helping me on this. I just want want to transfer my balance to postpaid account.

    @ViCustomerCare What a service by VI now they cancelled my request for the new sim and refunded rather then resolving the issue for me

    @ViCustomerCare VIP Number Order Expired Without Clarification I booked a Vi VIP/Fancy postpaid number through online order ID SPORJW29042646360. The order status changed from In Progress to Order Expired without any delivery attempt or clarification. What a bulls*t service it is

    @ViCustomerCare Received call again picked up and it got disconnected I am really getting a feeling that I won't be getting the sim delivered and get my issue resolved

    @ViCustomerCare I have sent you more than twenty five emails in last one and half months, but there has been no rectification. Called on 199 etc, visited Vi store twice. No resolution. Most hopeless service
