    Dear @VodafoneIN Day by day your service going to worst conditions very very bad network in 4g only for download 200 kb photo it's take 1 minute. I am from gujarat, in my house all people use Vodafone's sim but time to think about it. Main issue of internet at my house

    @ViCustomerCare Really is very third class network, i am sending my number on around 11.00 but still I don’t receive any call or message from VI. I getting very third class service and network.

    @ViCustomerCare is this a joke? Why are you not checking the dm? At first a lady from your customer care from number (+9116292245044) called and misbehaved then to harass withdrawn service from my number EVEN AFTER PAYING BILL ON 29TH JULY AT 12:30 PM..

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing slow internet speed problem in my location. I have unlimited data pack and my VI sim is inserted in SIM Slot 1. I have already registered a complaint regarding this matter at VI app. Complaint no is KOL-V00552514474. Please look into the matter ASAP.

    Dear @VodafoneIN @ViCustomerCare Thank you for your greatest service ever. Issue - Poor network connection, unable to connect to internet. Resolution Received - Attachment Result after resolution - No change( Attachment) Impact - Unable to use internet for last 5 days.
