Dear @VodafoneIN Day by day your service going to worst conditions very very bad network in 4g only for download 200 kb photo it's take 1 minute. I am from gujarat, in my house all people use Vodafone's sim but time to think about it. Main issue of internet at my house

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI Why you are not allow to send sms for porting even after I have base plan of Rs.99 also Rs.7 talktime. Respect the new sms rule by trai and allow customer to port out.

@ViCustomerCare Now it is very hard to keep balance in phone. You guys loot the balance every time without any reason or logic. when called your customer care they simply said there is no balance in your account. you start any pack without getting concern of user. worst user.

@ViCustomerCare My area has zero coverage...I'm a post paid customer Since 2017 and am paying almost 1900 Rs a month. I am going to port soon. No complaints resolved.
