  Previously had 5 idea postpaid numbers in my family and same internet issue happened that time. I made a complaint tweet that time too but no action. I don’t think that the @idea_cares cares for their customers. Worst experience second time with @Idea. @VodafoneIN was much better

  @ViCustomerCare utterly disappointed with your CC/retention team. Your customer base very soon will get lost. The retention offer that I was given when I was about to port was never made effective, never intimated to me in email and now you are invalidating!!
