    Previously had 5 idea postpaid numbers in my family and same internet issue happened that time. I made a complaint tweet that time too but no action. I don’t think that the @idea_cares cares for their customers. Worst experience second time with @Idea. @VodafoneIN was much better

    @ViCustomerCare PIN 7901016 Lumla in Tawang. Your VI Tower is not functional for last many days. You charge us I’m advance but don’t provide services. It’s plane cheating your clients. Fraud it is. @TRAI should look into this issue. @MIB_India must take action.

    My VI no 9412862383 suspended reportedly due non submission of documents though Aadhar was submitted thrice in past. Went Sector15 Noida-UP for re-submitting Aadhar but after 45 mints person to go other store @rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare. Worst services by VI. Not yet activated

    @ViCustomerCare hi i am facing call n internet issue at my office address from last 4 months. There is volte network at this place. internet is very slow only voda internet network issue is there. Even other operator network is working properly. No voice on call n no internet

    @ViCustomerCare Idea's network is very less, call data, everything runs at zero speed. Your company is falsely pretending to be 4G/5G, come and see the villages and you will know the reality.
