Previously had 5 idea postpaid numbers in my family and same internet issue happened that time. I made a complaint tweet that time too but no action. I don’t think that the @idea_cares cares for their customers. Worst experience second time with @Idea. @VodafoneIN was much better

@ViCustomerCare Only one solution for this. You have to send your vi representative to my location. I will show your signal condition in my area panimayanagar to lionstown THOOTHUKUDI. Need to provide signal receiver for this particular area. Otherwise everyone port the Sim to others.

@ViCustomerCare Always signal shows E in my home. What is the purpose to use of VI connection tell me. Every time we recharged for 84days.I complained twice of this year but no any action. Just make call and told that our technical team check your area. Signal is perfect. How can u judge.

@ViCustomerCare I need your representative on site immediately. Otherwise there is no any resolve on this problem. Why your representative afraid to visit the location. Because their report is not 100%true. Come to my location I will show your signal quality. # don't use VI#
