Previously had 5 idea postpaid numbers in my family and same internet issue happened that time. I made a complaint tweet that time too but no action. I don’t think that the @idea_cares cares for their customers. Worst experience second time with @Idea. @VodafoneIN was much better

@ViCustomerCare @AriaMarin20 @ViCustomerCare is totally clueless about anything and everything. Simple suggestion, they should create a ticket for any issue, assign it to a single person. Getting a response from unknown name after a gap of 6 hours is losing continuity & the long delay is impacting customer

@ViCustomerCare this complaint is for vi number 9819143287. i had activated IR pack of 2999 for 7 days from 29.5.22 for thailand. however the service was not available after reaching thailand and had continuously raised the complaints but vodafone could not resolve on priority.
