  Previously had 5 idea postpaid numbers in my family and same internet issue happened that time. I made a complaint tweet that time too but no action. I don’t think that the @idea_cares cares for their customers. Worst experience second time with @Idea. @VodafoneIN was much better

  Confused with @ViCustomerCare roaming service. I paid for an IR roaming pack but still got charged for calls, despite not having used it because the signal was so bad (I ended up getting a local sim). I asked for breakdown of calls but got some gyaan and spoke to bots. +

Either you are scamming people left right and center or you don't know how your collaborators are working. So unprofessional.   @ViCustomerCare,I paid ₹4k for international roaming pack,but the service has been extremely disappointing.Most of the time I’m getting only 1 signal bar,network is unstable& 5G speeds aren't com. This is unacceptable for paid IR roaming .#Vi #VodafoneIdea #InternationalRoaming
