Previously had 5 idea postpaid numbers in my family and same internet issue happened that time. I made a complaint tweet that time too but no action. I don’t think that the @idea_cares cares for their customers. Worst experience second time with @Idea. @VodafoneIN was much better

@ViCustomerCare My no. bought in BBSR (was studying there) is closed just a day ago,now demands document verification by going and submitting in VI BBSR only. I am a resident of Dhanbad, Jharkhand. Is it logical that to only verify documents I have to go to bbsr ? No help given !

@ViCustomerCare Nothing has happened even after Vi has got in touch with me. I know nothing is going to happen. Vi is simply forcing me use their operator service.

@ViCustomerCare I am Ranu Das ,9830304456 please this number reopen for me, actually it's number very important for me. When I was contact your customer servicer they are nothing any steps for this purpose. At least I'm told that, negligence service products they are.
