Previously had 5 idea postpaid numbers in my family and same internet issue happened that time. I made a complaint tweet that time too but no action. I don’t think that the @idea_cares cares for their customers. Worst experience second time with @Idea. @VodafoneIN was much better

dear @ViCustomerCare , you cancel order of premium postpaid number and refund, but you can re-issue same number, please re-issue vi number 8141235678 so i will pay again and activate the number

@ViCustomerCare Why am I not able to make any calls to numbers starting with 1860. Nearly every bank's support number starts with 1860 including @AxisBankSupport and I can't make any support calls.
