Previously had 5 idea postpaid numbers in my family and same internet issue happened that time. I made a complaint tweet that time too but no action. I don’t think that the @idea_cares cares for their customers. Worst experience second time with @Idea. @VodafoneIN was much better

@ViCustomerCare Vi network is bad why not happen with jio in rainy day when your network doesn't work jio network work so good why iam paying for bad network and your vi employees they are also one of the biggest fool they don't have any information or i can say they all are lying duck.
