    Previously had 5 idea postpaid numbers in my family and same internet issue happened that time. I made a complaint tweet that time too but no action. I don’t think that the @idea_cares cares for their customers. Worst experience second time with @Idea. @VodafoneIN was much better

    @darksoull1024 @ViCustomerCare We don't want free data all night. We don't want double data. Give us only 10 GB data for Rs. 250 but please improve network. Very poor indoor coverage and call drops during travelling. Shut down 3G or leave Indian telecom sector.

    Don't ever think of using @ViCustomerCare vodafone postpaid or prepaid, if you get any problems they are not going to resolve infact they don't even know what is the problem. You guys will feel mental harrassment becoz of them. Better to port into @airtelindia or @reliancejio

    @ViCustomerCare better stop your service in our area, I have been telling you to improve 4g connection for a month and no improvement, provide some value to your customers, my entire family have no other option than to port to any stable network.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi is the worst company.Because it Internet works very slow and many calling problem like call drop,voice break, sometimes we cannot receive call. In charkop kandivali Mumbai 400067 in this area we face so many problems. I request the new users to dont buy VIsim

    @ViCustomerCare dear Vi , i am getting flash messages from Vodafone idea flash message service again and again . And it’s draining my battery also irritating . I complained a lot of time to your customer service but didn’t got any results. Kindly help
