Previously had 5 idea postpaid numbers in my family and same internet issue happened that time. I made a complaint tweet that time too but no action. I don’t think that the @idea_cares cares for their customers. Worst experience second time with @Idea. @VodafoneIN was much better

Vi is one of the worst network i have ever tried...! Just promises unlimited night data but can't deliver it! @ViCustomerCare knows nothing when we reach out to them. #fakeVi #fakevodafoneidea
