    Previously had 5 idea postpaid numbers in my family and same internet issue happened that time. I made a complaint tweet that time too but no action. I don’t think that the @idea_cares cares for their customers. Worst experience second time with @Idea. @VodafoneIN was much better

    @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS What a pathetic experience using #Vi services and fake promise given by customer care. Had recharge of 599 for 1.5 gb daily And under the portability special offer had 199 rs recharge for 1+1gb daily

    @ViCustomerCare Today again vodafone internet service is not good at the location kendriya vidyalaya tawang , arunachal pradesh pin code 790104.....But your service provider not paying attention towards it ....

    @ViCustomerCare After submitting port request yesterday to Vi, I'm facing continued harrassment. Got approx 50 calls. System generated sms from the service provider I'm migrating to are blocked to prevent porting. Vi,playing ***** tricks won't help improve your services.

    (2) Making your customer team understand and admit their problems were in vain. And now I have semester exams online via Google Meet which I dunno how am I gonna attend. Call yourself GigaSpeed network yet can't provide basics. Shameful and irresponsible @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Bring voLTE services to Jharkhand. It's really annoying... Network switches to 2G when someone calls and internet stops working.. Even though i have wifi voWifi doesn't works when signal is low.
