    Previously had 5 idea postpaid numbers in my family and same internet issue happened that time. I made a complaint tweet that time too but no action. I don’t think that the @idea_cares cares for their customers. Worst experience second time with @Idea. @VodafoneIN was much better

    @ViCustomerCare i have lost 479 rupee by recharging my vi number. Speed is just 10-20 kbps. i don't know what i do with daily 1.5 GB data while I can't even use 100 mb.and their support system is worst than network.please help me @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare How many years you want to get in touch? When you can’t provide a network to your customers you shouldn't ask them to pay bills. Why can't you provide a waiver if your services are bad

    @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare can you provide better service I have made my mind. Please guide me through the process. I will wait just a week coz I am raising complaints continuously and Airtel resolves it the problem in its Thanks App not in reality.

    @ViCustomerCare My sim not working since morning so visited store for replacement.They said it will be activated within 2 hours. Again had to visit the store for update & came to know documents need to be submitted physically.Again had to go back home and come with documents reqd@ViCustomerCare
