    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic service at VI Store New Seemapuri - 110095 I went to the store multiple times to get my father's sim swap done but no response. All bank OTPs and adhar otp is registered on the same number and we're just stuck to use any services.

    @ViCustomerCare Very poor customer support! I called in to Haryana and Delhi Number to sort my Port-out outstanding amount issue. There is no IVR option to choose a postpaid. The second alternate number for both these regions are also unreachable.

    @Karan_Manhas @ViCustomerCare Ha ha.. I had to change my network, even then, they tried to contact me, couldn't bcoz you don't get range.
