    @VodafoneIN Hey @BSNLCorporate may I know the exact procedure of MNP as I want to port into your network from @VodafoneIN as it's getting very problematic for me to rely on this network which doesn't address it's customer property.

    @ViCustomerCare I've been chasing behind customer support: I'm not able to send SMS though I have the service active - 2 tickets raised & customer service closes tickets just like that, without checking with me? How to port out from Vi if I'm a customer less than 90 days wid u?

    Hello @ViCustomerCare Have been trying to restart a simcard which is a 5min process and it has been more than a week. Multiple visits to the store, multiple mails, calls and follow up.Still the issue is not recovered. Can you understand the seriousness of the issue? Worst service

    @ViCustomerCare The company does not support the customer at all. Finally I had to pay the wrong amount to activate my number because I have to keep in touch with me but the company that is doing it is really deceptive. In the short run your company will shut down.
