    @ViCustomerCare Why is the internet speed very slow? I have been noticing this issue since a few days. Sometimes internet speed gets reduced for more than an hour. I am a postpaid user but this speed issue is making me think again. Network strength is good but the speed is poor.

    @ViCustomerCare After trying for an hour VI executive now saying it will take 24 hours to active other numbers. See How poor technology VI is using. VI not concerned with customer support. Only SMS coming that issue resolved. Which is yet not resolved.

    @ViCustomerCare Very unfortunate being your customer, On 4th April I received a text stating sports pack activated but I have not done any such activation. Manager akshay said will call back but I haven't heard since. Ms Shalini supervisor not qualified enough. Same on you guy's.
