    @ViCustomerCare What an arrogance 😬😬Are they not responsible for their customers? First they rob customers by reducing 30 days validity to 28 days. Still they can’t provide a decent service for 28 days. Worst customer service😬😬😬😬😬

    @ViCustomerCare what nonsense is this .. I did recharge of 99rs sms pack was not there ok.. now i did 179 pack recharge which has sms pack but till I'm unable to do sms... Can u please send me msg to DM my number and check what's happening with ur service.. i know it's worst..

    @ViCustomerCare worst network services in my native place area!! Never expected this... Not 4G, but very weak 3G signal is there... same with 2G network. Not getting calls also and can't use data

    @ViCustomerCare since last month having a horrible time with service. Double charge on bills. Speaking to people who sound like robots on customer care number, repeating the same msg without understanding the problem. Really disappointed with the #PoorService

    @ViCustomerCare Not able to activate iMessage on my iPhone through my Vi number. Seems like it is a common issue for Vi costumers. Tried doing multiple recharges are advised by costumer support got no help. Please help!!!
