    @jolly27jul @ViCustomerCare Reach out VI's director's through LinkedIn, they are the only person who can help you. I did it last year, when parents went incommunicado for a week due to VI network issue. Now director's of companies have become new escalation managers.

    @through_theGAP @ViCustomerCare total waste money my wifes mobile network is cant work always H not 4G and call drops are daily , very worst services and bad customer services i suggest no one take VI connection i suggest my wife but shes face a issues, no internet no coverage in India MH

    @ViCustomerCare Complaint ref. no. GUJ-V00439452198. Till 9th May Internet was working fine. It stopped working on 10th. On 12th you say my location is not covered adequately. My question is : if Internet was working till 9th how suddenly my location is not covered adequately ?
