    @ViCustomerCare I recently moved from postpaid to prepaid. My last & latest bill shows an excess payment, which now I'm entitled to receive. What is the procedure? When I call customer care prepaid dept says they are unable to check postpaid details.

    @VodafoneIN Rem. 74: Your network is 0.16 Mbps at Balaji Appts Upkar Colony, Delhi-84.Complained repeatedly & got these recharged severally but of no use. Further recharges have been stopped till network responds. Please boost up your network. 9210365089, 8586861991, 8178082002.

    @ViCustomerCare You add packs and services without customer interference and deduct amount not a good game if I won't be able to port I will crush the sim card but won't continue with Vi

    @ViCustomerCare Glad that u made a note of my concern, but sadly only making a note it won't solve the problem!!! And 13 hours after ur tweet, noone contacted me & after 18 hours of sending PORT message, I still haven't got the UPC number!!! @TRAI #vodafoneidea

    @VodafoneIN @ViCustomerCare Slow slow always slow net speeds, and id rains comes then your call and net services because lower then 'pathetic'. Even after having 2.5gb data apps open very very slow,, call gets dropped,, when calling other person cant hear my voice or vice versa
