    @ViCustomerCare When we ask for assistance, nobody responds. Even the local Vodafone customer service stores, for the lack of better words, pretend to be dumb and Don't help. We want to close corporate plan for 4-5 nos and shift to prepaid. Can you assist immediately?

    @pradeep71544772 @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India The only solution is porting because these scam resurfaces again and again. I already ported my number to Jio and also made aware this VAS scam to my colleagues. Many have already started porting.

    @airtelindia @JioCare there is no network in our homes. We have to go on road to call someone. No service and only @ViCustomerCare works in our area. Please do something about it as we are facing a lot of problems daily in our job and daily life.
