    @ViCustomerCare @MSudhansuSai From my area, people dont even know how to register a complaint. And Vodafone's no for complaint is just waste of time. That's why 1000 vodafone customers are facing issues but no complaint. Lol

    @ViCustomerCare Unfortunately you are pretending to see now. Your app never shows bill amount properly and inspite of paying every month an amount of around 1500-1700. My current outstanding is 4700 approximately. And guess what my monthly rental is around 1397. Isn’t it amazing.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia @TRAI I want to know why there is no prepaid sim available for replacement at vi stores at Mapusa Goa for over a months time? Is it a scam run by vi to forcefully turn a prepaid customer to postpaid when it comes to sim replacement and then charge a fortune??

    @kiranchitnis @ViCustomerCare Even I had similar kind of experience. Had they spent half into improving their network connectivity of what they are spending in trying to retain customers, the story would be different altogether.
