@VodafoneIN Hey @BSNLCorporate may I know the exact procedure of MNP as I want to port into your network from @VodafoneIN as it's getting very problematic for me to rely on this network which doesn't address it's customer property.

@Shaymak_SharmaX @ViCustomerCare We are disappointed calling you again and again I sincerely fails to understand but sort of a rocket science is required to resolve the concern of network and we are giving assurance is but no resolution highly and professional when talk to the customer care they can't understand

@airtelindia @ViCustomerCare You should also allow to queue recharge before recharge due date like Jio. This will allow customer retention and for us service continuity otherwise we mightforgettorecharge.
