@VodafoneIN Hey @BSNLCorporate may I know the exact procedure of MNP as I want to port into your network from @VodafoneIN as it's getting very problematic for me to rely on this network which doesn't address it's customer property.

Hey @ViCustomerCare ,we've been facing network issue in our locality like network is fluctuating between 4G to 2G and vice versa every minute, also 3G network is disabled here. I even raised a complaint but didn't got any solution. And you guys call yourself Fastest network? Help

@ViCustomerCare Complained abt network issue 15 days ago. Issue is not yet resolved & no call back received till date. Again called today but the lady told me to call tmrw mrng & hung up the phone. This is how u serve ur customer? This is unexpected & unacceptable. Shut ur shop.

@ViCustomerCare Somebody has lost his phone and your executive is saying that no your phone is not lost as you are calling from that number..height of stupidity if you cant help the customer atleast trust what they say i also made him listen that my phone is switched off as it has been lost.

@ViCustomerCare U r running a telecom company but the fact is u people r not qualified enough to run a tea stall properly in India. One of the worst & 3rd grade kind of customer care services. Staffs r so rude & illiterate. Network issue & call drop prob are integral part of VI.

@ViCustomerCare Called your helpline no to get my issue resolved but experienced an arrogant & unprofessional behavior from a lady. She doesn't have any idea on any topic. She disconnected my phone. If u r unable to train ur staff properly, do call me. I will teach how to do it.

@ViCustomerCare You just can't address the network issue which I have been complaining ever since day of ported in...... Do not even waste my time calling me. You can go through call history and first improve the network and then connect.
