    @ViCustomerCare Your field engineer visited the location, checked the network personally and confirmed that there is a genuine issue. He clearly informed me that only 2G connectivity is available in the area and assured me that the issue would be resolved in a few days.

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing an issue with Unlimited 5G on my Vi number. My phone shows a 5G connection, but my daily data quota is still being deducted. Once the daily quota is exhausted, internet services stop working completely. Kindly investigate and resolve.
