    @ViCustomerCare Seriously, Vodafone never accepted you. Your services worst out of worst. There is no network in my area. What about the plans seriously...I will not recommend to anyone @VodafoneGroup...dnot go for Vodafone...recommend only @airtelindia bestest services.

    @ViCustomerCare After 20+ mins of struggle, I get to talk with a customer care executive and she says, cannot get my details in her system so call back after 1hr. Seems like customer issues are a joke to VI

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Vi this is the 2nd time it has happened to me. Some third party services are activated on my number and balance is deducted. Had I not complained this would have continued to happen. This is not the way service is provided to the customers.
