    @VodafoneIN why vodafone team not take any action for 4g speed again twice and thrice so on search for network and then speed come out and little bit time. Gone away speed and again search network and select and then come speed why this type of action

    @Sarkar26948 @sanjay7453 @ViCustomerCare Hi Anert, i always use Vi app to recharge. So few days back I recharged for Rs.449 and it was successful. But the same hasn’t reflected in my mobile number due to a technical issue with their app. Still now they haven’t fixed and I’m not able to make calls or use internet

    @ViCustomerCare excuse me This is after 4 calls to your cc team. I have a 4gb data pack active and 12-6 unlimited usage.. Woke up at 6 for a shift at 6:30 and found the data balance at 0 your customer care team is not trying to help at all

    @ViCustomerCare Vi is the worst network. There are some of my friends still using vi network, facing number of issues. Yesterday I counseled my friend that port to jio . Until he port to jio ,I keep on insisting.

    @ViCustomerCare you guys are really the fastest you claim I have used 4gb of internet with in 40 minutess This is getting bad? I would maybe just port out or just leave the number itself! And your customer care team they do not have any details about anything at all..

    @ViCustomerCare How can Vi activate VAS & deduct chrgs without request/confirmed by user? Its repeating issue 4 which I hav to call cstmr care & inform(even after blacklisting).Stop stealing away user's money.Ppl in rural area might not b aware dey r loosing balance like this.

    @ViCustomerCare if you not providing a better 4G network so please provide 3G aprox or 2G network. Last 1hrs network not working. Last 2 3 year we are facing this problem if you not working for this error so we move to other network.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
