    Worst Service Ever @ViCustomerCare whnevr I recharge my no they start activating VAS srvc and deduct Rs10, Rs20 and until my balnce is below Rs5, customer service says the amount isnt refundable and puts you on hold multiple times (1/2)

    They put me on hold for around 1.5 hours and eventually cut the call without resolving my issue. The person on the call (Rakesh kumar) kept on repeating the same thing. Pathetic service. This is how u treat a 10 year old consumer @ViCustomerCare @MoitOfficial @jagograhakjago

    @TRAI Dear TRAI Team I have taken unlimited data plan of Rs 699 but I am not able to use my internet and I have complained many times to @ViCustomerCare but they did not solve my problem. That's why I want my money back. I request you to help me to get my money back.

    @ViVodaidea @ViCustomerCare Vodafone network has been terrible lately. Several call drops, disconnections, and network unavailability issues. This is a call out of help, else will be left with no option but to port. Location: Panathur, Bangalore.
