@ViCustomerCare This experience clearly reflects a lack of customer understanding and support. Therefore, I have decided to switch to another operator. 20th December will be my last day with VI. I was a loyal user, but this experience has changed my decision.

@ViCustomerCare I just called VI customer care and asked a simple question: When will I get 5G service? I have been waiting for two years. The representative said they are working on my area. When I asked again how much more time it will take, he did not give a clear answer.

@ViCustomerCare When I informed him that I was considering porting my VI SIM to Jio due to extremely slow 4G speed, he said he would send some settings that would improve my internet performance. After this, he ended the call without properly answering my question or acknowledging my concern.

Hon @JM_Scindia Recently I had been compelled to share Aadhar details to do rekyc for a Vi number which is contrary to legal position. @DoT_India did not intervene on escalation when @ViCustomerCare did not provide a satisfactory resolution. Can you please guide. Thanks. Gautam

When I called customer care, they told me to go to a VI store in Gurgaon. At the store they said because I bought the SIM online, they can’t help, and asked me to buy a new SIM from them to get verification done. This is very unfair—please resolve this! #VodafoneIdea #VI
