    @VodaIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare Is actually incapable of processing a simple plan change, or are you just coached to ignore customers? I’ve made multiple requests to change my family plan to individual plan. Zero action. I’m not a hostage, I’m customer. Hoping for a quick response.

    @ViCustomerCare Ur shamelessness hs no limit. On complaint of network issue, u did formal way of putting complaint under carpet without improving network 😞 U escaped 10-15 days. I hope again u will dump a thousand qs, start official activity on paper giving me zero solution.

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you for calling back. Vi man couldn't talk with md properly due to obscenely poor network. Shame on you. Again start asking thousand questions, cook me for one week and close complaint - there is no network issue.

    @ViCustomerCare Despite explained many times, additional charges are levied every time a new bill is received. Sadly @ViCustomerCare isn't willing to understand and failed to provide the resolution #dealing with utmost bad staff

    @ViCustomerCare i just got a call from below handle and they are saying they are from HDFC insurance company and they are trying to do a scam, the worst part is the have all of my details which I have given for issuing a sim card, this is high level of data beach they read

    @ViCustomerCare Heavenly grateful Vi is calling back. Unfortunately the person was unable to talk or hear properly. A shameless sucker closed my previous complaint saying no network issue was found. For the last 2 years I have been cooked by Vi.
