So, @ViCustomerCare called, heard my complaint only to inform me that they are the social media team and cannot even arrange a call back from the relevant team. Why have a social media team for customer issues at all then?

@ViCustomerCare I took a new postpaid connection in December, 2021. Vi No.:- 9990156668. I want to convert it into E Sim, tried sending the correct code from an E-Sim eligible device multiple times, but there is some error from your server. Customer service(199) not able to help.

@ViCustomerCare very very pathetic experience post I recharged my vodaphone number. Money got automatically deducted without consent and no one is responding from customer care office. Please do the needful. @timesofindia @rmstakkar
