    @ViCustomerCare @ravinderTakkar I have been facing an issue with your customer service since oct'21 ..everytime they give solution, after 2 months they come again start troubling you and when you them to check the call/ticket history, they don't have any records.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, if any complaint is being raised for a bad network with no connectivity and call drops. The simple solution I get is no more optimization possible. Rather than giving such replies can you say PLEASE SWITCH. Refer 3-113080721800 and 3-113453462812

    Vodafone Idea is now deducting money from my number without my knowledge.I have tried every way to opt out of their VAS promo messages, and even if they don't send any such offers, I'm being charged for various stuff that I never used. @vodafone @TRAI @ViCustomerCare
