    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN In COVID times it's not advisable to visit your store, and it's becoming very frustrating as It seems impossible to speak to ur customer executive, despite waiting endlessly on a number of calls. Your bots are useless, at least for my need. Pls help, it's urgent

    @ViCustomerCare - this is not resolved yet. Your customer care is argumentative and unhelpful. Fix both - Resolved! xxxxx ref no. UPW-V00437228609 was a temporary issue which is successfully resolved by our team.
