@ViCustomerCare my vi sim has validity till 2 may Then i recharged my SMS pack but i am note able to send SMS. Then i call to customer care he say Should have recharged 49 before SMS pack. Why, when i have validity till 2 may why i recharge by 49.

@ViCustomerCare Can you please tell why I am paying for both mobile data and phone calls if I can't do anything with your network. In my area I'm unable to use any of the services by Vi. @JioCare and @airtelindia networks are way better than yours in this area. pincode: 242303
