    @ViCustomerCare it's been 12th days Network and internet is not working problem in every 2 to 5 minutes internet go from 4g to 2g And what have vi dms me back sir use wifi we can't solve your problem And there is no internet issues

    @ViCustomerCare What about stopping spam SMS on normal days, which I never even opted in for? But for important things like incoming calls nd OTPs will be stopped, there was no proper information. And which operator stops all incoming calls and SMS within just 2 days? Never heard of this before.

    @ViCustomerCare This is really disappointing. Every time there’s a power cut in my area, your network goes down too — and it’s been happening daily for the past week. Complaints haven’t helped at all. Looks like porting to another network is the only option left.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Vodafone Team, reporting an issue: yesterday my friends got a ‘wrong number’ message when calling me. Tried contacting support but couldn’t reach an agent due to IVR/auto responses. Please help
