My request is humorous. That during this calamity, INCOMING service should be kept running, eliminating the obligation of minimum recharge in all SIM CARDS, so that the SIM is not closed to anyone. @narendramodi @TRAI @VodafoneIN @airtelindia @Idea @reliancejio @BSNLCorporate

@ViCustomerCare one of the worst company.Never ever go for vodafone. They are robbers. Gave the offer but when I recharged I did not get the offer. Furthermore they closed my complaint without resolving it and saying that's a system glitch. My question is why customer will suffer

@ViCustomerCare I was told there would be a ‘resolution’ by 15th. All I got is a text that says you can’t find my money. And calls to my add-on numbers though I’m well within my due date for bill payment. I’ve been a customer for 20+ years. Shame on me I guess.

@ViCustomerCare My due date for this month’s bill is 25th March. Yet a recorded message has been put on my phone to pay at once. I’ve been sent an SMS to call 198. I’ve spent half an hour already on 199 with not a scrap of luck. Can you help sort this out?

@ViCustomerCare I had 5 phone numbers, which I had deactivated in September 2021 but still I get payments every now and then. In December 2021 again I got a mail regarding failing of bill payment and now I have got a legal notice. I have paid everytime. Please help.
