Vodafone postpaid sim crashed on day 1 of IR (5999 INR pack). Now no network coverage. Customer support said, I should go to india to reissue my damaged sim. Is there no option to issue an e-sim via registered email. @ViCustomerCare

5/6 At last @GooglePay torture chat support asked to contact bank i.e @ICICIBank_Care as @ViCustomerCare has not received payment and as per Gpay payment is successful. Right now I am a ball in "pass the ball" game where i am being handed from one player to another.

3/6 So @GooglePayIndia torture chat support informed that payment is successful. On telling @ViCustomerCare contradicts their claim they told refund will be provided in 7-10 days ( btw 20 days have already passed ).
