@ViCustomerCare I m getting roaming in my home network also getting EDGE network inside my house. Raised complaint but received msg that it has been resolved, so request you to resolve the issue or will have to look for other options...thanks (BHR-V01104145105).

@ViCustomerCare Received a message on my alternate number that a SIM exchange request has been received. Don't you guys use the same alternate number to authenticate the request for SIM exchange? Now there is no network in my SIM, looks like the new SIM has been activated.

WTF @ViCustomerCare my internet speed is very slow when it's go ilon LTE 900 it's slow (0.75mbps download) and when at LTE2500 it's speed is good (21-35mbps) and they are launching so called 5g please improve your 4g first @JioCare and @airtelindia is better than your company.
