    @ViCustomerCare Not only does your network have serious issues, both here and in the UK, emails to your customer care bounce back. What a fabulous game plan. Your rep says he can’t help without an email and there’s no way to send an email. Genius!

    @ViCustomerCare You change rental plans without customer intimation. Emails are not used for formal communication of such changes. No reversals granted in these cases. Is it your revenue growing Business strategy?

    @ViCustomerCare I want to set a caller tune 'jani tumne ek sher ko phone kiya hai' on my vi number but it is not available on vi caller tune app and on vi app so plzz make it available asap Or I will switch on another service provider.... Solve my problem fast...

    @ViCustomerCare Your customer service not able to resolve network issue from last 10 months & service request is open. Even the engineer visited agreed there are no network of VI in the area (Delhi) but no solution. Can you resolve service request 3-99138912680 and 3-92427373733
