@ViCustomerCare @TRAI I was a VI postpaid customer with fixed monthly bill of Rs 353, just because I ported into some other operator as I was facing n/w issues all the time, could you please let me know why my bill suddenly changed to Rs 440 and being asked to pay more money??

@ViCustomerCare If ill do rollover data it would be crossing 1TB sala use hota hi nai, when Wifi is down, VI is at its best by not providing proper internet speed. So its of no use. better to buy 1gb per month pack

@ViCustomerCare It’s almost 15 days I have not still got the resolution. Inspite of my mobile data being off. VI continuously charging international data roaming. They even don’t care to look into technical issue from their side..

@TRAI @ViCustomerCare VI preventing to send PORT message. I'm on active plan for 28 days that was offered on VI App when i recharged. Now Customer service says that it must be 24 days validity. My plan still shows 1 day validity left 587 sms remaining.
