    @ViCustomerCare the worst experience I face with vi.I ordered sim on jan6th and till now they didn't delivered it. Even the customer service was not answering properly . Every tym they said wait 24hrs wait 24hrs , how many 24hrs I'll wait ??? The worst worst worst experience ever

    @ViCustomerCare @JioCare I have changed my postpaid Vi to Jio prepaid in October 1st, after 1 month that Jio and Vi customer care said i have to pay my bill to use my Jio sim but I have paid that bill but my Jio sim not yet activated yet.

    @ViCustomerCare Every tried changing eSIM from one phone to another? the process is a nightmare. I have visited the store at least 5 times and still not resolved. VI customer service and store support is really horrible.
