    @ViCustomerCare Jyotsna I had earlier VI sim card which was really a bad experience so I did already had ported it to @reliancejio because of bad internet speed.

    @ViCustomerCare I was also charged 180 rupees extra for this pathetic used prepaid sim!! There was no receipt, no invoice for the purchase made by the @VodafoneGroup executive. With such pathetic service it's better to port to @reliancejio

    @NageshAkkalkote @ViCustomerCare Sir, if they are not responding means they don't have respect to their customer. So don't rush behind them, just port into other network and enjoy uninterrupted service..

    @ViCustomerCare Your team is heinous the way they behave with an 80 yr old business customer/ listen impatiently for 2 minutes, tell him “it’s really not a problem” then grudgingly promise to send someone. Needless to say no one arrives. incredibly the complaint is closed
