    @ViCustomerCare I am sorry to inform that I am a VI customer but the internet service is very poor especially in evening. When I informed to customer service in this regard they keep returning every time as server problem.

To make things clear here AGAIN, this IS NOT considered a service gesture but an absolute RIGHT to not be charged for services WE NEVER ASKED FOR. Do you comprehend the difference ?
