    @ViCustomerCare it’s been 2 days now my Vi number got deactivated without any reason. After 8 years postpaid customer this is what I’m getting from Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare Seems like Vi doesn’t know wht 2 do abt the issue. So just hv agts call & say something & then wrap up the call. Life is now AHT/ATT based. C-Sat irrelevant. Not 1 supervisor bothered to call. Each agt says I’ll escalate. 6days & counting to see it. Awesome!!
