@VodafoneIN But this problem is persistent much before frm CORONA effect ,when u were functional with full of staff.ur network is worse and call dropping is best and bill is unusually high.

@ViCustomerCare why is it so , when ever I dial a number it takes apx 30 seconds silence before I hear TUT, tut, tut tut and then my call gets a ring tone ? And on my tour to Uttarakhand out of 13 days my number was in “NO SERVICE” for 9 days !!! So sad
