    @VodafoneIN But this problem is persistent much before frm CORONA effect ,when u were functional with full of staff.ur network is worse and call dropping is best and bill is unusually high.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare my dad is a senior citizen had to travel thrice to your shop in #dombivli to change a corporate account to his name. Despite giving all documents and agent taking his photo. We get a message there is an issue with the photo. #VodafoneIdea

    @TRAI n @jagograhakjago pls fine @ViCustomerCare for unfair trade practice of putting high-priced (Rs 6-7/min!) Joke/horoscope etc Service numbers by-default on SIM cards without cust knowledge n consent,as such nos are of no use to cust and amount to accidental high bills n loss

    @ViCustomerCare I hv written 3 emails to you since 11 oct n your corporate care team had no intention to reply or call me to resolve. Bt dey replied immediately after I said if u do not reply I will assume you've waived off my bill! N even d reply was useless without intent to resolve the issue
