@VodafoneIN But this problem is persistent much before frm CORONA effect ,when u were functional with full of staff.ur network is worse and call dropping is best and bill is unusually high.

My mother shifted from #Vi simcard to #airtel & the result is incredible. @ViCustomerCare if you aren't going to improve the network in Sahakarnagar 2 area of Pune. I assure you that atleast 1000 customers of yours will shift to @airtelindia in next 2 months!

@ViCustomerCare Since the moment I submitted my request at airtel, I have received 100 calls from Vodafone. Each time requesting me to cancel the request. During one of the similar calls, the Vodafone store executive told me that first they have to convert my postpaid number to prepaid.
