    @hkmaurya4u @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN Thank you dost. I was an Airtel postpaid user from 2006 to 2016. Since 2016, I am using as prepaid. I never approached Jio for free services. I like quality service rather than free services. However some of my family members uses Jio because of better coverage in their area.

    @IamAmbareesh @Airtel_Presence @Airtel Agree, But the main concern for me is the connectivity. @reliancejio isn't ready to install a tower at location and sometime calling isn't possible on jio numbers. Internet never works on any operator. I invite @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN @reliancejio for tower installation.

    @ViCustomerCare you shameless people from bankrupt company keep bombarding me with SMS about idiotic things even after being on DND.paying bill on the day I receive the bill doesn't help as I keep getting SMS about bill payments?How many times you want me to pay bills morons ?

    @ViCustomerCare. I did transaction at vi store to convert postpaid to prepaid. Cleared upcoming bill in advance with one week extra as per agent. Bought prepaid sim with instructions for activation after postpaid gets turned off. This was 2nd September. Issue remains unresolved

    @ViCustomerCare Worst customer experience more than 24hrs still sim not activated.eben now I am at vi gallery even they r unable to activate my sim.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi , you better shutdown completely . I'm very much disappointed , very poor net speed I'm getting since last 1-2 months , it's too much , i recharged for 4gb/day but hardly a gb is consumed , just because of the poorest net speed by vi !!

    @ViCustomerCare Despite the physical visit of the technical team at my home the problem is still persisting & rather has increased.Half of the time the data turns to Edge mode & frequent call drops are now a part of life. It is such a disgrace for you to claim the best network. @ViCustomerCare
