    @hkmaurya4u @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN Thank you dost. I was an Airtel postpaid user from 2006 to 2016. Since 2016, I am using as prepaid. I never approached Jio for free services. I like quality service rather than free services. However some of my family members uses Jio because of better coverage in their area.

I like quality service rather than free services. However some of my family members uses Jio because of better coverage in their area.

    @IamAmbareesh @Airtel_Presence @Airtel Agree, But the main concern for me is the connectivity. @reliancejio isn't ready to install a tower at location and sometime calling isn't possible on jio numbers. Internet never works on any operator. I invite @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN @reliancejio for tower installation.

    @ViCustomerCare If you need to link an email address to your customer's account, make an effort to get it from your customer instead of randomly keying in someone else's email. I've been a customer for 10+ years & this has been a constant problem for me.

    @ViCustomerCare I made a complaint regarding network issue on my Vodafone postpaid connection having 701 plan. I am receiving throttled speed on my connection while at same location I am receiving much higher speed on my other Vodafone postpaid connection which is having 401 plan

    @ViCustomerCare Every evening there is an issue with internet connection. When called customer care they tell to restart or reinsert the sim, once my network was even connected to Karnataka, and each time they come up with a different change in network setting.

    @ViCustomerCare Every Vi customer care representative know only two lines, 1. Can we put your call on hold 2. Hum behad shama chahate hai ki aapko yeh samasya aa rhi hai They only know to put the call on hold and say the second line, they don't know the solution for your issue
