    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Was given to someone else. It is nothing but harassment since customer ported his no. All the time I dealt in person with VI shop in Green Park, ND 16. Since our customer care system is notorious, I decided to escalate using e mail. But probably some things will never change.

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Sir best way is to use two SIM -One Airtel and One Jio. Jaha airtel bekaar aata hai waha pe jio awesome service hota hai. Jaha jio bekaar aata hai waha Airtel masst service deta hai. This is only solution. No other solution to network problem.

    @sanjeevsanyal One common problem is activation of random services. When challenged it does get deactivated but they don't answer how it got activated in the first place. Has happened with me and I use Vodafone. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare very poor experience with Vi chatbot. When selected Chat with agent option I expected better understanding of query and resolution but to my dismay it's worst experience than automated bot reply. It takes forever to reply n when they do it's end of chat notice.
