@DoT_India @ViCustomerCare why are you harassing an old customer who always paid bills on-time? Nobody should take postpaid connection from vi they are absolutely careless with customers.

@ViCustomerCare why am I not able to receive OTP from Bank on my no.? Sort the issue immediately or next thing I'll do is port both my Vi numbers. Carrying your number is a head ache.
