    @ViCustomerCare been a Vodafone customer for more than 15 years and now I have made up my mind to move to another service provider. Horrible customer support and not up to date technology and capabilities when compared with the market. Would not recommend Vi to anyone 🙁

    Thank you for providing no help @ViCustomerCare I feel stuck in this situation because I can neither port to @JioCare nor I can avail eSIM services. Now I have to wait and waste 90 days so that I can port to @JioCare request to provide proper knowledge to the vi store reprsnt.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare despite my December bill already paid and me having the receipt for the same..I have been asked to pay for it again...i reached out to your cs agents who could not rectify it and insist that i pay the bill despite showing them the receipt...request you help.
