@ViCustomerCare I am trying to activate my replacement sim and the request got rejected 4 time in-spite if giving orginal documents every-time.The store folks don’t even see the reason for rejection in the systems. Unbelievably pathetic service from VI. Time to port out.

Pathetic services given from @ViCustomerCare . Our premium number has been dismissed just for a meagre amount inspite of paying a heavy amount for premium number with security deposit excluded! Without any solution how can one pay bills when you cannot acces your bank due to 1/2
