  I'm not able to send or receive any SMS frim my VI number from more then a week now and the customer care do not take it seriously. 1st of all they do not talk properly and then they just ask to wait. It's the worst service I have ever received from anyone. @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare I used your Postpaid service with the individual Plan of 699/Month But Your Postpaid Service is Very Bad and Your Postpaid Support Too. I changed my plan from Postpaid to Prepaid but your support team is just making us fool. Suggest better Operator for me. Please.

  @stc_kwt I'm in new in Kuwait and my brother suggested the STC sim i don't know why it seems like I'm back in 2G Days In india i use VI @ViCustomerCare they have not enough coverage and sometimes network fluctuate but the VI's 4G services is the best in India

  @ViCustomerCare My earlier problem of similar undue deduction of 48/= from my CNo.97289-26185 not yet resolved by nuisence Vi nd this new cropped up in CNo.81990-25154..! Is it fair for Vi to cause harrasement upon older customers ? Make credit atonce.

  @ViCustomerCare I am facing this problem for a long time. At my office location I do not get internet after 11 AM. This is going on for nearly a year. I am able to get calls but no internet after 11 AM. Request you to kindly check & troubleshoot.
