@ViCustomerCare my mother who is a sr. citizen was recently forced 2 migrate frm prepaid to postpaid connection by ur Vi Store team. Her connection now is suspended due 2 some verification issues inspite of submitting Aadhar. Sr citizen struggling with no access to calls.

Day 6: No visibility of any solution by @ViCustomerCare. This is the service level of a national telecom operator. Highly disappointed. @DoT_India @jaagograhakjago
