I spoke to VI customer care today. I need outgoing SMS to register my bank with UPI. I asked customer care for minimum recharge so that I can send outgoing SMS. According to him, sir, the minimum recharge should be ₹128 No talk time, no sms, and no data. @TRAI @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Today I faced the same issue inside my home. Still the network does not work properly inside the house. Your network team already said to me there is no problem in Vodafone network and told me that please come back after 90 days of port. Very unprofessional

@ViCustomerCare worse service by vi in my area. Network is not stable signal strength is very bad. Changing type of network from 2G, 3G, & 4G. I have raised multiple complaint but no improvement.

@ViCustomerCare Such useless network .... It abruptly crashes and switches to 2G .... Sometimes the network totally black out all of a sudden .... Madharchord bhosdiwalo i regret recharging my Vi number now
