@ViCustomerCare Not getting speed in indoor... Earlier I used to get good speed in indoor but from 11 days indoor speed is less than 100kpbs. I request vi to work on indoor problem. Though my signal bar is full still no speed in indoor. Tell your engineer to work on it soon.

@ViCustomerCare Thank you, I received a call on which the VI agent was tried to access my phone and schan it. I realized that the fake VI representative was a cheat and the call ended. Please resolve my problem quickly.

@ViCustomerCare How long do i have to wait for the resolution. Still i am not getting single bar of 4g signals on my phone. If you can't provide me the 4g services then stop charging for 4g network. If you will not resolve my network issue then i am gonna switch to other service provider.

@ViCustomerCare just week days back i recharged with Rs.149/-. earlier also with top-ups. i never make an outgoing call with the number 9849619538. frequently i faced problem while sending SMS. now it is not allowing outgoing call. i doubt any other is utilising my balance.
