Before visiting I was assured by CC that the rectification can be done only at store, but that person was just interested in selling postpaid, are customers idiot? Vi need to take some action as they are client facing and can destroy the image of company for ever..@VodafoneIN

I am unable to make and recieve calls and SMS through my Vodafone Postpaid connection. I somehow managed to make a complaint through VI app. I made that complaint at 7:30 PM. Till now issue is not resolved. It shows that issue will be resolved by 9 June. @ViCustomerCare
