  @ViCustomerCare has started functioning like a government department. It feels as though many of its employees believe that whether they provide service or not, their salary will arrive anyway. That’s exactly why people hesitate to join the Vi family.

  Last 2 Days VI not able to restore Network . I send request massage many but its useless. Text Massage not able to send. We should Ignore VI after continue use 12 years and join other network which able to provide proper service . @ViCustomerCare
