Hoping @VodafoneIN to resolve the issue else definitely once this recharge is over I ll switch to other network. There’s no option only even after being client from almost 6-7 years.

For data connectivity I started using @reliancejio as secondary number. I wish not to port Vodafone number with any other company. Do something.

He used to receive no support from the team whenever some issue arises. Then finally he moved to @reliancejio and the experience is amazing so far. The quality of service is far better from other operators 👍

Kapil (@Kapil0404) reported@ViCustomerCare Continuous internet issues even in open areas. Tried all troubleshooting, changed phone settings, and used the Vi app, but nothing worked. It shows 4G+/5G+, yet even YouTube won't load and my phone heats up. Switched from Airtel expecting better. May move to Jio.
