    @ViCustomerCare I've called today in morning approx 8:30am and in last I didn't receive any msg for feedback as the customer support executive told me that I'll receive a feedback message over text and don't receive Internet configuration setting also Is this a way I've to wait for the services?

    Its been 7long yearswith @ViCustomerCare @Vodacom but now it's time to change because of getting worst uses experience day by day, network issues, costumer care experience, charges of normal sms and call amounts too much and sms is not including in packs.@VodaIdea_NEWS
