    @ViCustomerCare Wastage of time with vi executive, pathetic services. Every time they are asking the issue, when need EXCUTIIVE came, first chk ur records and solve the issue.

    @ViCustomerCare More than half of your plans have "no service validity" or " no outgoing sms" I am really fedup of trying to find a plan. Last month I was able to do a Rs 50 recharge to extend my validity now it is unavailable. I already have enough balance in sim...+

    Vodafone is the shittiest service provider ever. There customer care is torturous. Despite of putting out that I want to port out my number they have been calling me 21 times a day in between meetings and early in the morning. The worst network service provider. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Mugisuddin, I didn't receive a call from you but Ms. Shruti called. Surprisingly, there was no quality issues with any of the calls (2 calls-Vi & 1 call-AirTel). However, I made a call from Vi few minutes back and had poor call quality as usual. Temporary fixes wont work!

    @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp Ready to on board to vodafone, but need little better servcie, call and internet servcie. Which slight improvement u can diminish jio, cause they are just eating good old name with poor service.
