    @ViCustomerCare For the second time my VI sim has gone bad only connecting to 3G network instead of 4G. I guess it is better to port out of #VI, atleast I can get the new #SIM home delivered instead of visiting a store.

    Have an active number on vi having outgoing services valid till 12th May. But sim verification message for upi registration is not going through. Every other telecom operator has removed (illegal) restriction from SMS service on all its plans except Vi. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Everyone, please beware of them. All they know is how to extract money from their loyal customers and not help them when required. They have activated a service on phone and despite my multiple requests for deactivation and refund - it’s not processed.

    @ViCustomerCare VI is not understanding the issue and how it’s service is causing nuisance , I need to pay my bills or I will be tagged as defaulter. If you guys could not resolve the international roaming issue, why can’t you guys disclose that you cannot guarantee IR facility.
