i had 2 vi number in family plan, faced issue since 3 months, complain were kept closing, wrote mail to nodal officer also no replies. 1 nmbr ported to jio. 1 converted to prepaid. situation worst now. #patheticvi @ViCustomerCare @vodafone #mentallyharrassed
