@ViCustomerCare For the last two days, my voice has not reached to the other end Receiver(device is totally fine). I also got a new SIM with the same number but the problem is still there. Plz do need-full as mine and fathers both sim have same problem. Very much disappointed.

@ViCustomerCare i have recently ported my sim 7352701862 to VI but my experience is very bad. Actually the sim vendor took money from me and now he is denying to do the FRC and also threatening me. Take some action immediately otherwise i have to PORT OUT or complain to TRAI

@ViCustomerCare I have already sent the message, been trying to reach you guys since 12th april, been committed a waiver for non usage of my service. Why has it not been done? You guys terribly harass a customer and expect him to pay inflated bills. Certainly want to move to @Airtel_Presence
