@ViCustomerCare 10 people just calling and asking the same stupid question, all talking rosy words , and then out of 15 we miss a couple call, they will claim u not responding. Amazing, wow. Only words no action. 11 Nov was the deadline given.not a single one hve visited.

@VodafoneGroup @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare Dear VI, I have some un used balance in my account. That's doesn't mean that you can cut the balance whenever u want on the name of VAS service. Even after cancel the VAS, your CC is not ready to give my balance back. WTF is this?
