    @ViCustomerCare very very very unprofessional people. Do not recommend using their services. They discontinue your calling and data services in regards to a non payment of “unbilled” amount. Never use their services. Highly condemn it!

    @ViCustomerCare No response and resolution yet. I'm waiting for the resolution since July for the recharge issue and I've been assured several times for the resolution. No one taking action against the @ViCustomerCare and no one bother to resolve the issue. @DoT_India please look into it.

    @ViCustomerCare @reemagupta123 Sad state of affairs for VI.. Inspite of discontinuing the services, my wife is hetting bills of the same and also raised a complaint but in vain, even dm contact details on twitter that also in vain. @reemagupta123 ur company mentally harrrasing

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare No internet on my number since Oct 7th. Raised a complaint on Oct 9th. Followed up multiple times and was reassured that there is a network issue and it will get resolved by 12:40 PM, Oct 13th. It's 2:30 PM now and I still have no internet.

    @reemagupta123 @ViCustomerCare Ask Mr. Ravinder Takkar to see this sad state of vodafone company.. You are in service industry and will be thrown out of the industry if you use ***** business tactics..!! This also happened with reliance communication.. Please stop harassing
