  @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar @TRAI Me Ravinder Takkar, surprise to see the way UR company has been handling my issue. been 15 days no resolution. old complaint id is closed without resolution & new opened everytime I contact to check status. is this the way you guys show that the company get resolved in time ?

  @ViCustomerCare Vi customer care executive and staff behavior is unacceptable. When someone is facing problems. They should help them ,instead they scold , showing attitude. This is unacceptable and need to ban vi from India.

  @jagograhakjago Hi, Vodafone Idea (@VodaIdea_NEWS & @ViCustomerCare) is well aware that every consumer needs SMS service for their important activities related to Banking, UPI etc. and they have purposely blocked the SMS services below Rs.128 recharges. So we are forced to do it.
