    @ViCustomerCare The issue still there. It barely lasted 5-10 days after last communication. Details- complaint for Voice-No Access INC or OG with reference number MUM-V01138958409 is registered. If Vodafone is unable to resolve please confirm so.

    @ViCustomerCare Had 3 numbers on my family plan and was harassed over calls to get 4th number despite escalating the issue in different forums. Calls never stopped so I got the 4th sim when I went to the VI store for some other work. Now I'm getting calls to add a 5th number! What is happening!?

    @ViCustomerCare Vi postpaid is a total scam. They have not refunded me the amount that was charged unnecessarily during inactive period,till now. Customer, please think twice before you port to Vi postpaid or opt new Vi connection.

    @ViCustomerCare The issue no longer exists as it seems to be one-off wrong sms sent. I have reported to 199 customer care so that it doesn't get sent again.

    @ViCustomerCare Since 20 days i am complaining.... still no resolution yet.... Worst customer service experience .... Complaint no. ODI-V01121255165.... Please don't reply with "Sorry for inconvenience" msg.... I am getting frustrated .....
