    @ViCustomerCare you charge monthly 1500 rs for the postpaid connection on my no and your network is ******, your calling system is rigged with cross connection atleast have a little self conscious and provide a better service if not I am going to switch it. #Shittynetwork

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare I can say with confidence that your company's customer care person himself might not be using your sim because of your bad network. Then you ask why are you porting. At least 2 companies together give a good network. #PoorVodaIdea

    @ViCustomerCare I returned from abroad and have 'no service' on my phone and your agents are unable to help. I have been trying since 12th. On my VI app, it shows that my 'airplane mode' is on but it is not. You have terrible customer service and your agents don't solve issues.
