    @ViCustomerCare Are what hurts, everytime your executive says that maximum optimization is done and is least interested to listen the opp person. She calls herself to be from the Regulatory Team from Kolkata. Please ask her not to call me since a one sided discussion can never be fruitful.

    @ViCustomerCare Network issues-- intermittent and frequent call drops everyday. Having 4g volte set and sim, but losing volte on every call, network changes to 2g, internet disconnected, again need to switch to 4g manually.
