@ViCustomerCare Since yesterday i am facing issue in calling as well as internet. No Volte option at screen, sometimes convert into 3G. In second slot also, Sim 2 is Vi & it showing Volte. How it is possible at the same time same sim not working properly.

@ViCustomerCare Lot of call drop and pathetic network issue facing in navi mumbai, its so frustrating to get the service like this. Every month we pay the bill in revert what we are getting. If missed to pay u people charge late payment fee ...how could you not provide the better network then
