    @ViCustomerCare i wanted to port to VI hence i have a raised a request in VI app for port in and paid the money online. It's been 4days and till date no response from the VI team about the VI sim delivery. Very poor service...

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, Neither i am able to send message nor i am receiving any messages. Raised complain multiple time but no proper resolution. Changed SMSC number also as per their instructions but issue is not resolved.

    @ViCustomerCare they don't have any shame left in their eyes. I'm complaining from 5 days my 16 gb data wastes as i couldn't can't use my data due to poor service of @ViBusinessIndia they didn't even tried to solve this issue. Kitne besharam ho!

    @ViCustomerCare really one of the worst Telecom provider, if you mistakenly recharge twice or on another vi number, they do not help to refund or transfer the recharge amount. Its the customer's mistake they have to bare it..vi will not help. They will keep your money. Looters!

    @ViCustomerCare Someone should atleast check with the customer to see if there is an improvement before closing the complaint. Despite your on-air site (whatever that means) if customers get 2g (@airtelindia sim shows 4g) and you make complaint resolution a farce, customers will have to choose.
