    @ViCustomerCare i wanted to port to VI hence i have a raised a request in VI app for port in and paid the money online. It's been 4days and till date no response from the VI team about the VI sim delivery. Very poor service...

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, is there any reason that you are holding up porting of my dad's number to @Airtel_Presence. They tell me it's pending release from your end. Improving your network will help customers stay, not holding up porting. Please can you resolve this.

    @ViCustomerCare SR 3116675309760; 2 days since I last had network after placing COCP to COIP request. Issues faced - a) despite NOC & guarantee by Co, VI insists on Co clearing pendancy b) 15+ days TAT crossed c) no network on both old/new sims d) 5 visits 2 store yet no help.

    @rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare Team, your support executive behavior are very unprofessional, he use the sentence on call "pagal ho kya sir aap" When I was asking what is the issue in internet. Take the action and I want to know which action you will take for these executives.
