@ViCustomerCare i wanted to port to VI hence i have a raised a request in VI app for port in and paid the money online. It's been 4days and till date no response from the VI team about the VI sim delivery. Very poor service...

@ViCustomerCare Now you have stared acting so mean that what to I say.. Activate VAS service from back end and deducted the money. O many times I have to complained regards this but not a single action taken from ur side. Aside ur r doing the same..Shame on this activity.

@ViCustomerCare Hi, So I switched to VI Red x postpaid plan I was told that I'll be getting good 4G network. Now, even in my area which is captial city of Gujarat, Gandhinagar.. I'm barely getting 2G/3G speed.

@sunil_sachin @ViCustomerCare Ya right, for the same reason evn i want my sms service to work. Also i recently came to know...if u hav to port to another service provider, you need to send an sms first from this number with our current service provider which is impossible for us!
