    @ViCustomerCare i wanted to port to VI hence i have a raised a request in VI app for port in and paid the money online. It's been 4days and till date no response from the VI team about the VI sim delivery. Very poor service...

    @ViCustomerCare Hello! Your complaint for Assisted Channel with reference number PUN-V00916078559 dated 10 May 22 10.43 AM is resolved. If you are not satisfied, you can log appeal at 198. This is not solved fake content no help just called and after this got sms above mentiond

    @ViCustomerCare I have complaint a thousand of times related to network, internet and calling issues but your just call me and they give no response and when i hang up the call i get a msg your issue is resolved, you haven't listened my issue and saying it resolved.
