    @ViCustomerCare i wanted to port to VI hence i have a raised a request in VI app for port in and paid the money online. It's been 4days and till date no response from the VI team about the VI sim delivery. Very poor service...

    @TelecomTalk #VodafoneIdea will continue to lose subscribers if they do not strengthen their network coverage Pan-India overnight. Still, they don’t have Pan-India VoLTE & VoWifi @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS As soon as their 4G network coverage becomes robust, the tide will turn for sure.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare, 10 days before I made a complaint regarding issues I m facing in speed, and after that i made many calls. Two times you guys said that my complaint has been resolved. But yet your 4G speed in my handset is 2.5 kbps. That is worst than a 2G.

    @ViCustomerCare Re 9811069090 Mockery of customer service u have deactivated existing SIM card n given me prepaid SIM for a post paid connection. Activate connection forthwith to enable me to port to other telecom. Without prejudice to approaching Consumer Forum for appropriate damages.

    @ViCustomerCare I know you people have been going through financial crisis but please don't scam me too often. I've been charged ₹3 and ₹5 just because I've answered your VAS call regarding sports package. I didn't press any number. I DIDN'T OPT for YOUR STUPID SPORTS PACKAGE

    @ViCustomerCare Why do you keep activating VAS without me initiating it and then deduct money? This has been happening multiple times. Is your app programed to automatically send service activation requests from my phone? This is unacceptable.
