@ViCustomerCare i wanted to port to VI hence i have a raised a request in VI app for port in and paid the money online. It's been 4days and till date no response from the VI team about the VI sim delivery. Very poor service...

@ViCustomerCare network coverage while I am inside my house. Enabled wifi calling. But when I am outside and signal is fine then I am not able to call any tollfree number . All my complaints get closed without a resolution . Advise me if I just leave this service and port ?
