    @ViCustomerCare i wanted to port to VI hence i have a raised a request in VI app for port in and paid the money online. It's been 4days and till date no response from the VI team about the VI sim delivery. Very poor service...

    And they give a time such as Clear the Dues by 1 PM or else Police will come. @ViCustomerCare Is this your customer service? For sure you will and you should lose every single customer you have.

    @ViCustomerCare Not getting signals and no clarity over calls no need to talk about internet because signal is 4G but speed is restricted kbps in single digits.Thinking better time to port Can you resolve before my current plan expires No usage Customer care

    @ViCustomerCare Hi I am using Samsung a71. I am not able to use VoLTE with my vi sim while I had enabled VoLTE in the setting. Previously when I was using JIO there was no issue in VoLTE. When I had a call with vi customer support they are saying your mobile is not supporting
