    @ViCustomerCare very pathetic service by VI. I used to recharge Rs. 449 for 56 days which offers double data i.e.2GB/day +2 GB/day. Now they have hiked the plan charges and even benefit of double data is also stopped without communicating. Next recharge i am surely port out

    @ViCustomerCare Am a customer of vi and am face lots of network issue today , in my company we use minimum 50 sim of vi and everyone face same issue what I do , I had lost my lots of work already when I call customer care they take only excuse, and then cut my call plzsolvemypb

    @vodafoneIN - Even after clearing the dues, your customer service hasn't been of help. They are not retrieving the network and what I get is a cold response. Is this how you treat your customers?

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing terrible network connection with Vodafone and wham I raised complaint they are saying “*Anamika* Reason why there is network inconsistency is because network signal loses strength over a distance and obstacles (like buildings) in between.

    @ViCustomerCare After using a Vodafone number from last 5 years, today your store executive surprised me by saying my docs were never submitted by Vodafone store exe 5 years back.Waiting for my replaced SIM Activation from last 3 days and no solution, CC team already handicapped.
