    @ViCustomerCare It is clear that the only resolution on this is complete refund. The beneficiary of this number has purchased another sim due to the delay from your side. You told me to add more money to the account, which I did. Issue not resolved. This is borderline customer harassment.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello VI, being harassed by VI calls. I have submitted request to cancel three post-paid numbers long ago, there is no response. Last time they asked to clear the bills to get cancelled, we cleared the bill. They did not cancel and again the bill got generated!

    @ViCustomerCare this is the worrest service I never seen in my life. @ViCustomerCare people don't give explanations for the too much of higher bills. From 10days on wards I'm trying to contact their support team...Every time they will say e I'm unable to fetch bill data...

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @TRAI VI people doing fraud with customer by actuvating VAS services without customer awareness and when customer get to know after bill generation they are ignoring the same. i have beem charged INR 69 for VAS and i haven't activated any service.
