@ViCustomerCare This cannot be happening and I am gonna look for another service provider. To think it’s ok to let customers struggle with no coverage, miss emergency calls, miss packages, is appalling. VF risking with idea of making cx step out of homes for calls. Fix or nix it.

@ViCustomerCare from the last few days my outgoing and incoming service is not working. Last month I replaced a new sim card as your store manager suggested and again the issue persist. Your store manager forces me to get postpaid connect then we can start your number.

@ViCustomerCare Today I had to call same person 7-10 times but still couldn’t talk even single time coz of your excellent Network strength. Have realised to better port out rather than complaining here. Absolutely pathetic network.
