    @ViCustomerCare I am talking of no network issue not of poor network which is any way the cholesteric of your organization. If you are not able to provide me the required service , I will also not able to pay you full payment and will go for serious escalation's. Again no network today incident

    @ViCustomerCare this is height of cheating, you deduct money of the prepaid customer and their your teams cannot find out how this happened. This is really unacceptable

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare Today 12 days completed from network failure. I am handicap person & it was informed to go VIcare n change sim then also same problem that to in roaming. Now, if something happen to me in roaming the responsibility lies with Vi company only

    @ViCustomerCare The biggest mistake I have ever made was choosing your company services. It has been 7 days yet you haven't activated my new sim card and the customer service is so so bad that I just want to shift to a new company.
