    @ViCustomerCare I had very bad experiences with Vi. Last time I got to know that just to send a SMS u have to recharge a minimum of 129. These small compromises are not worth it. And this increase in price by 20% was just the last bad decision I got take. 😎😌

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Priya My issue is still not resolved, I am not getting sms nor can send to anyone. As I am not getting sms from anyone like bank, apps or other sources, whatever damage will be done in regards to commercially Vi will be responsible. I have to go legal now

    @ViCustomerCare wat a joke ! U call me up, & tells me that my a/c balance expired & guess wat...u don't even hv the correct phone no. This is your service ? Jio is better, learn from Indian company. I will shift frm Vi to Jio...Too much !

    @ViCustomerCare in continuation to my above tweet... whatever damage will be done to me financially, Vi will be responsible as I am not getting OTP from none of the bank. Again I called your customer care team, and again they need 48 hrs to close this issue.

    @ViCustomerCare it is worst network & customer care support are lying regularly. Since last 1 month they are saying same word that system aren't working call him after 4 hours. They are not registering complaints. I'm from up east India.
