@ViCustomerCare I am not able to send text message. I called helpline 198, it was very pathetic experience. I called twice and spent almost 30 mins waiting to connect support person but call got drop both the times abruptly. Please help me out.

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare your derrogatory network engineer ignited his bike and went way despite me asking him to fix my issue. What an illiterate and irresponsible employee of employee of your company. Take strict action against him ASAP, else expect all culprit's numbers exposed.

@ViCustomerCare pathetic service! Your agents are asking outstanding amount on a no. which was closed 3 yrs ago and on that u hv refunded me the deposit amount after closing the account. I’ve explained them over phone and emails but no resolve HELP!!!
