@ViCustomerCare Unable to receive incoming calls of Jio's & Airtel's Customer only in LTE Mode.During incoming call Data going to be automatically off.Very bad Volte Service in Jharkhand- Bihar circle . This is the reason why people are shifting from VI to Jio ,Airtel, etc.😤

@VodafoneGroup Very unfortunate to see the response from Kharadi, Pune,India, VI main store. Very poor customer care for last one month to just activate a new sim. Tried various stores in other cities as well. @ViCustomerCare is still not improving which is highly unfortunate.
