@ViCustomerCare Dear team thanks for so bad signal services in Agra UP west region. Being a city of Taj Mahal where footfall of tourists are very high your tower signal are worst from bad. One cannot talk while sitting in home and need to go on terrace or open garden to talk.

Believe me it was tough getting even Ur SIM because no vendor keep them because people are not using VI.. I m not sure how that theory of high numbers generated, it's suit to jio

@satyamvarshney1 @ViCustomerCare Don't expect any services from Vi. They are worst service provider in telecom sector. To get replaced sim Card due to change of mobile device I am running piller to post without any result. Customer care executives are dumb asking same details without looking into their records.
