@ViCustomerCare What the hell is happening. I am using Vodafone for nearly 15+ years. First time ever I am experiencing worst ever service. Can't connect the call to customer care, can't complaint in VI app. Issue is sms not sending and receiving including OTP.

@ViCustomerCare I have sent my complaint number, i have sent my screenshot of activation, i am not able to receive calls, I'm oy been using it on WiFi, i dont even receive an OTP sms sent by Vodafone to authenticate, have to check my email and now u want me to pay this bill??

Dear @ViCustomerCare and @reliancejio can you please help me and help @airtelindia to resolve one impending mobile network issue. I have been taken for granted because I am too patient and linient. Is porting the only solution here?
