    @ViCustomerCare My IR did not work during entire trip so why should I pay. Your customer service contacted on me whatsapp & I could connect because I was on hotel WiFi. I have screenshots of entire convo with person where I have taken all steps & still IR did not work @TRAI @jagograhakjago

    @ViCustomerCare I initiated the process. Payment for prepaid plan was also done but then at swlf kyc stage the page was unresponsive and not able to resume. Can you please help? I have the order number.

    @ViCustomerCare Hey @vicustomercare can you just look at pin code 508218 there is no indoor coverage, The main drawback was Vi indoor coverage please quickly fix it otherwise we switch to Jio.
