    @VodafoneIN If possible then only stop the balance deduction message given everytime after call...since its transfering the network to 2g and 3g for balance flash message...

    @VodafoneIN I will be thankful if I can know till when Vodafone Volte will be made live in west Bengal circle.....I do not want to complain more but network issue due to convention has made me fade up with Vodafone....I have to diverted the call to other no.....cont.

    @VodafoneIN unable to forward call to Bsnl no when unreachable.....plz help......Since inspite of repetitive complaints from last 2 yrs yet no improvement in network in my location 4g signal very poor, 3g conectivity is line heal...and all time in 2g mode...

    @VodafoneIN @GooglePay @Paytm @PhonePe_ Plz update ur network, other wise it's of no use of double dada....can not use 500mb a day since most of time getting 2g coverage and when getting 3g or 4g it's too slow....even to sent a what's up text msg.....its my request plz work on network.. we r with vodafone..but help us

    @VodafoneIN #vowifi #volte Vodafone plz being Vowifi and Volte in our area....Network is creating very problem and we fill to be outdated with Latest Mobile and Oldaged Network...with Frustrating call quality....

    @VodafoneIN Not getting upto the mark network..VOLTE in our circle west Bengal not made active..and network converted in 2g after every call and have to restart my phone for 4g signals. Vodafone idea together should provide the best network experience but its becoming worst day by day...

    @VodafoneIN Network problem...inspite of 4g VOLTE network switch to 2g for Balance flash msg after every call or msg and stucks on 2g Mode....plz provide proper solution for 4G....

    @VodafoneIN Network worst...call drop a part of routine service....voice quality drastic...interner speed at kbps....its better to have a feature phone than a smartphone with the Vodafone Network....Totally fadeup with the service quality....even Bsnl service is better than yours....

    @VodafoneIN Network problem 2 g connectivity all time...inspite of 4g Volte for balance msg after every call netwok switch 2g mode and stucks over there...plz proper solution for 4g services......Netwok very slow....

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Issue still unresolved despite multiple follow-ups and NCH complaint. Only repeated generic responses are being provided without any actual resolution. Clear proof has already been shared (payment at 11:59 PM and misleading “Unlimited Data” offer). This delay is unacceptable. Kindly resolve immediately or I will escalate this matter to PG Portal.

    @ViCustomerCare I am extremely disappointed with your service. I will not use a Vi SIM anymore, and I will not allow my children to use it either. If they do not listen to me, I would rather donate my property to charity than give it to them. I do not understand the logic behind the deactivation

    @ViCustomerCare Ajit can you pls calle wht level of commitment you given what I m getting...family facing problem just fake no single response ppl saying chck with bank if amount is deducted... you have ensure no issue will be impact in DM totally shocking rep.i should open different bank AC ??

    Hey @airtelindia tried to port my postpaid sim to airtel from @ViCustomerCare but received a call pretending to be Airtel verification and asked me to send Cancel sms to 1900. Guess Vi is playing a ***** game here. Will share numbers with you, from which I got a call . #IPLT20

    @ViCustomerCare My son purchased a postpaid sim on 30th March. But outgoing is still not started. Upon calling on Customer care they are saying that sim is purchased by a student. What is this ******* bullshit? Can you tell why shouldn't I file a case of fraud against you?

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, under what @TRAI regulation did you deactivate an active, recharged SIM? No warning, no SMS, just total service cutoff. This is a violation of consumer guidelines. I need my number restored immediately. #TRAI #ConsumerCourt #VodafoneIdea

    @ViCustomerCare Poor network in my area. Main road signal is fine, but inside my street (gali indoor) signal is very weak or no signal. Calls and SMS not working Facing same issue on multiple Vi numbers, so unable to recharge Please fix urgently
