    @VodafoneIN Not getting upto the mark network..VOLTE in our circle west Bengal not made active..and network converted in 2g after every call and have to restart my phone for 4g signals. Vodafone idea together should provide the best network experience but its becoming worst day by day...

    @VodafoneIN If possible then only stop the balance deduction message given everytime after call...since its transfering the network to 2g and 3g for balance flash message...

    @VodafoneIN cont. And known if the problem doesn't solve in few days I have to switch to other operators since call comes first than data for any mobile phone users.....

    @VodafoneIN I will be thankful if I can know till when Vodafone Volte will be made live in west Bengal circle.....I do not want to complain more but network issue due to convention has made me fade up with Vodafone....I have to diverted the call to other no.....cont.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @AdityaBirlaGrp Guess WHAT, the new SIM also does not work, there is no network found. Moreover the Social MEDIA Team calls up and says that the issue is RESOLVED, seems the connectivity amongst VI is Broken internally also. #CanItGetWorse

    Dear @JioCare or @airtelindia can you give me a postpaid plan for 2 numbers in 1 monthly bill,and KYC should be at home? @ViCustomerCare couldn't do it, was chasing customer care like hell, and their beautiful procedure is very frustrating (both sim belongs to a different circle)

    @ViCustomerCare in the era of 5G i am still getting 2G and how to use internet when there is only E on your network bar. @ViCustomerCare fix this or let me break the sim car , really frustrated with the poor network.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @AdityaBirlaGrp Got a call yesterday evening from the same guy from escalation. Was told to pick up another sim from the store as the issued sim had some problem and confirmed the new sim is activated. Went to store today to collect the new sim ( 4 visits now and more than 240 hours or 10 days)
