@VodafoneIN I will be thankful if I can know till when Vodafone Volte will be made live in west Bengal circle.....I do not want to complain more but network issue due to convention has made me fade up with Vodafone....I have to diverted the call to other no.....cont.

@VodafoneIN Not getting upto the mark network..VOLTE in our circle west Bengal not made active..and network converted in 2g after every call and have to restart my phone for 4g signals. Vodafone idea together should provide the best network experience but its becoming worst day by day...

@VodafoneIN cont. And known if the problem doesn't solve in few days I have to switch to other operators since call comes first than data for any mobile phone users.....

VI should shut down in my area @ViCustomerCare why are not you able to fix this network drop issue? Do ASAP Otherwise coustomers have to shift to the providers who are providing better ones.

@TRAI please take legal action against VI for not providing proper network coverage and also for not solving problems. I raised a complaint about an indoor network problem before a week but still no solution and no customer care asked about. I pay service charges @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Vodafone is worst company, I would recommend everyone don't take postpaid connection of voda..they do scam with users..the time you guys will go from post to pre they will ask you lot of extra money..i am victim .i don't want anyone else to suffer the same ..

The social media team is not responding to my DMs. Customer executives put my call on hold for 40 mins. Plus why am I being asked to pay for someone else’s number? Why has my outgoing barred? @DoT_India @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare Please look into this matter.
