    @VodafoneIN Network worst...call drop a part of routine service....voice quality drastic...interner speed at kbps....its better to have a feature phone than a smartphone with the Vodafone Network....Totally fadeup with the service quality....even Bsnl service is better than yours....

    @VodafoneIN I will be thankful if I can know till when Vodafone Volte will be made live in west Bengal circle.....I do not want to complain more but network issue due to convention has made me fade up with Vodafone....I have to diverted the call to other no.....cont.

    @VodafoneIN Not getting upto the mark network..VOLTE in our circle west Bengal not made active..and network converted in 2g after every call and have to restart my phone for 4g signals. Vodafone idea together should provide the best network experience but its becoming worst day by day...

    @VodafoneIN If possible then only stop the balance deduction message given everytime after call...since its transfering the network to 2g and 3g for balance flash message...

    @ViCustomerCare It's of no use #itsOnlyGettingPathetic , i have idea number since 7 years and still , not getting proper service. #vi deserves to be bankrupt. Half the times , numbers remain not reachable. Half the time , data services struggles to provide 4g speed as promised.

    @ViCustomerCare worst experience. Vi creates trouble even for those customers who are using their postpaid for last 6 years. Now I have decided to end this by choosing cellular services of other companies who can better serve.

    @ViCustomerCare , @VodafoneGroup , finally gave my vodafone number for MNP to jio. How many times told on poor mobile net connectivity. No solutions at all. Very bad on our south trip. No tangible solutions given. Really paining to leave vodafone. Number will DM. DM done

    Last week, I tweeted about how bad Vodafone network is. The customer support got in touch with me and after a few days, they said "we're unable to resolve your issue" and I can now confirm that the the network has only gotten worse. @ViCustomerCare
