    @ViCustomerCare there is no network coverage. Even for 2G. Unable to rcv OTP SMS. Could you please check with your network analysis team. No call, no internet ,no SMS. pathetic coverage.

    @ViCustomerCare i have taken new Sim card by default we should pay for 4months, i paid INR 2000plus taxes, now sim is activated but i am getting calls from other persons who was using the same number, now that guys sim has activated to me now i am facing this issue daily..

    @ViCustomerCare While I have a 739 recharge on, unlimited data and it is ending on 7th June, why I am being told on customer service that I have 1 gb/day and your app is showing data limit reached ? And there's no customer representative on 198, pathetic service.

    @ViCustomerCare Still no update after 3 days. The promised 12–24 hour SIM delivery seems to have turned into an indefinite wait. Should I take this as a hint to cancel the port request and switch to @reliancejio instead?

    @ViCustomerCare I faced challenge with soft sim of Vi, it either works on GSM or LTE/5G. When you get phone call hotspot doesn’t work. Not sure whether this issue is resolved now?

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Vodafone Customer care I took a new SIM for my old number Yesterday from your Outlet in Kalkaji Delhi I was told the number / SM would start functioning after half an hour So far after nearly 21 hours number still not working Please help Thanks Ravi
