    @ViCustomerCare there is no network coverage. Even for 2G. Unable to rcv OTP SMS. Could you please check with your network analysis team. No call, no internet ,no SMS. pathetic coverage.

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup very poor service . Complained 2 times but still getting <1mbps intrnet speed all time. I have Vodafone RED X

    @ViCustomerCare First network coverage issue then your subscriber can enjoy facilities and benefits. I raised complained but every time they make excuse and close the case.

    @VodafoneIN Vodafone tower is installed in my village Despite this, our network remains very weak here. Sometimes the network is so weak that even the call cannot take one to two days. My village :- Bahuarwa, Manigachhi Darbhanga Bihar-847423

    @ViCustomerCare Have not got any call for resolution.. Is your ceo working, y doesn’t he read emails?. I copied all of you ( appellate, nodal, corporate, vi care) .50+ emails send earlier same case. R u guys working ?I was told that the fake charges u hav billed will b reversed. what happened?

    @ViCustomerCare Now you have to provide SMS facility for all plans as per TRAI directive which should have been done earlier to gain Customer support Now I request you to provide SMS facility for verification of UPI payment Apps also which are used by majority to recharge VI

    @ViCustomerCare this is as regards to redress of complaints my Vodafone number8889157777, since 07Dec 21 2pm onwards it is lost as there is no-connectivity. My complaint S have fallen to deaf ears. Request restore connectivity please.

    @ViCustomerCare I don't seems to be a valuable customer coz no issue has been resolved yet... I am complaining on day basis about call drop issues you are not even responding. You already lost a customer.

    @ViCustomerCare hey hocone my 299 postpaid plan got hiked to 399, a 33% hike, hardly I can use any data, I was o only paying 350 per month for so old number and now I have to shell out 500 for your poor network where data and network is so inconsistent even in a big metro city.
