@ViCustomerCare there is no network coverage. Even for 2G. Unable to rcv OTP SMS. Could you please check with your network analysis team. No call, no internet ,no SMS. pathetic coverage.

@ViCustomerCare @DisneyplusHSVIP Since Feb 19, 2021 @ViCustomerCare not been able to resolve simple issue! Only flood with marketing msgs multiple times a day. Horrible network, pathetic customer support and a complete pain! Vodafone was lousy by itself, but it took them an idea to completely ruin themselves!

@ViCustomerCare Made a mistake to porting into Vi. No good customer service. I made my first call to Vi CC to change billing date and cycle. I waited for appx 28min but no solution I got. Waiting to over 90 days lock period.

@ViCustomerCare Hi. Am owning 9884365070 since 2007. my outgoing calls, sms are not having HLR system issue. Incoming is perfect. No balance issue. calling customer care dont take the compliant as they refuse ing. Pathetic VI. Should I signalled for a port out? Guys fix voice
