    @ViCustomerCare Patgetic service, called customer care 4-5 months back about the network issue. No 4G service. Too much slow speed in my area. No willingness to increase the speed. Any solution? Planning to leave and go other network?

    I also try your whatsapp customer service but still not get any solution. I try your airplane mode,clear cache,apn settings,all things you mention for solution of slow internet but nothing worked it takes me 5 min to tweet this also because of slow internet @vicustomercare

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI from last 2 monyhs i have a problem with VI internet at my residence area. And more then 2 to 3 time i register complain. But there is no solution for that. If you cant give me a proper service let me me so i can go for @airtelindia

    From yesterday I have slow internet issue I try to contact many times in customer care but it didn't connect it's always say busy.I also register complain using vi app but still after 24 hrs I didn't get any reply @ViCustomerCare @vicompany
