    @ViCustomerCare how disgusting is to know that volte is not available on your sim card they are playing a game that Vodafone is not volte enabled idea is volte enabled. I am stuck in medical emergency and have to pay the money i am doing upi verification the sms is not going

    @ViCustomerCare Dear vi We have a tower of Idea installed in Gargari of Nainital district of Uttarakhand, this tower is also of Jio, here the signal of Idea is very weak in many places, I am giving very useless service in running the net

    And the customer care said that you cannot do the device verification untill volte is enabled on your device. It means i will not be able to use internet while doing verification. @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN need solution for that
