I'm continuously following this issue with @ViCustomerCare They told me everyday, we sent this issue, highlighted, and sent to technical team But it's more than a month. They are not able to close this issue with a resolution. Please note, nowadays a new sim will be ON in 1 hour

Idea , Vi is the most useless network in the india . I had never done heavy work with my network till date, but when I did it disappointed me.@ViCustomerCare waste of time on internet with vi network 👎🏻@VodafoneGroup 👎🏻

@ViCustomerCare @_DigitalIndia I raised my complaint with VI CARE on 10th August (issue is - I'm not able to send sms to verify UPI, messages are not sent/ unsuccessful). I paid to #VI more than Rs. 499 per month Continuously following for the issue from more than a month.

@ViCustomerCare From last 7 days my number 9915777795 is not working sim registration failed. Its showing inactive in your system. Is this the worst service of vi. I ll go to courts if my number will not active within 2 days. Its mine 10 years old number and registered in all accounts.

@ViCustomerCare hey Vodafone what scam are you running ? If the recharge runs out it also stops the incoming calls & messages. So what a person need to do, recharge 2 days prior to not lose connectivity. Do you understand how that can put someone in risk in emergency. Terrible
