    @ViCustomerCare it's been 2 weeks we are waiting for yet another corporate number for our company. Couple of times we visited and called VI store, LP Savani road, #surat but no response. Initially they said to have server issue but for how long?

    Hi,@ViCustomerCare Everyday between 11:30pm to 12:40am my mobile data doesn't work properly. I m facing the problem since a week and whenever I call customer care, they either keep the call on hold or disconnect it without solving the issue. I m really fed up with VI services.

    @ViCustomerCare @AnanyaBirlaX sorry to share the inhumane attitude of vi staff. In May I switched to Postpaid from Prepaid. Call centre called for PV. Inspite of providing details my number is Suspended. I’m in dire need as my kid is in hospital. Vi centre staff refuses to help

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare is just responding stupid posts to buy time. Same question in every dm and they are firm that what was spoilt by them on 13th will be resolved only on 22nd by when I would already be back in India. Will port to another carrier. Very bad experience. #Viscam

    @ViCustomerCare Your field engineer visited the location, checked the network personally and confirmed that there is a genuine issue. He clearly informed me that only 2G connectivity is available in the area and assured me that the issue would be resolved in a few days.

    @ViCustomerCare It's been almost more than 1 month now and this issue has still been investigated. Now the only option left is to go with Airtel I guess as your team seems incapable of solving this issue.
