    @VodafoneIN what is issue since past two days at Hazira, Surat 394270? Very pathetic service. Frequent call drops and also no 4G network. Are you guys keep on adding new tower by removing previously installed one?

    Hi @VodafoneIN ur loyal customer is now facing lot of issues, I was actually holding idea no but it was automatically shifted to @VodafoneIN 1. Network is getting worst and call drop is like regular practice 2. Was not able to stop or change my caller tune since last 2 months.

    @VodafoneIN @TRAI @GooglePay @RBI I had recharged of 100rs to 9909036348(vodaphone) on 24/03/2020 through my google pay account (9909678538) But recharge has not been completed on that number,also money debited from my account. Last 25 days gone but i don't get solution.

    Vodafone is now getting lower day by day. Too much fluctuation in 4G network even 3G doesn’t work . How can you charge for 4G if you can’t provide proper network. Complaint many time but didn’t got any response. How can say that you have India’s larget and fastest. @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare Past 3 months,you are charging me unnecessarily.Customer service is useless.Everytime I raise a complaint,they keep repeating that their system is robust & continuing to charge me for internet usage even though my mobile data has been turned off the entire time.

Why am I being penalised and harassed for information gap between you and your other employees ? 3.     @ViCustomerCare VILPower has the most unsupportive and non responsive support that I have ever seen. I am running behind them from the last 4 days to just get a damn header registered for OTP SMS. They are rejecting for all invalid reasons. Complete harassment game.
