  @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN dozens of complaints over network issues were raised by me no resolutions and they fooled me saying we are offering a new sim which will be delivered to my door step which will have better network.been 2 days no new sim and no update. Ridiculous.

  Help @ViCustomerCare your employees at the vi office charged me 100rs instead of some 20 30rs in your store for issuing a new sim against my old sim and even behaved rudely when I complained them about the wrong charges

  @ViCustomerCare the data service you provide from 12. AM to morning 6PM is the service you should provide in Day time when its acutlay needed.. Calls drops, voice connectivity issue also now not happy download speed also very slow
