  @ViCustomerCare Any individual can't file a legal case because of shortage of time and money. But service provide should file legal cases against such fraudulent elements. Frauds are happening in the name of VI. VI image is hampering .

  @ViCustomerCare I don't know where vi is heading towards... No improvement in network especially 4g indoor. I have been complaining since 18 days but still my problem get resolved with out proper concern. So I have already ported out my 5 vi sim. Vi need to work in network

  @ViCustomerCare Well it wasn't related to any problem regarding my Vi number. I just asked DoT regarding errors in calculation of AGR which has generated pressure on Vi's survival in India (regarding debt). They should decrease the dues on Vi so that it can exist in India. Hope you got my point.

  @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia VI, Not able to use SMS facility despite having 204 rupee. My bank app is not able to verify the phone. As per your customer care @TRAI disallowed sms facility. Call record available. As per him, have to recharge for min 128rs to use sms. Why?
