@ViCustomerCare … why do you deactivate DND post someone ports to your service? I was on full DND before and was bombarded with rubbish smses and calls since I ported in. Just realised in your app that the DND was deactive!!! Why do you do that?

The most horrid service from a communication company like @ViCustomerCare even after paying for a premium number the number gets inactive without any intimation. Ping pong between customer care and the store visits. Can I get a solution to this?

Hi @ViCustomerCare After so many complaints, you still don't provide full network in major cities, #Mumbai #Pune Why it's intermittent? Why? Your team at the stores say it's upgraded now & you will get full coverage? Where? Do I have to roam around near the towers?
