I am complaing from last 7 days that I am unable to use internet from your network, there are so many users who face this I callled many times to costumer care but still no response and this is very bad response from vodafone.@Vodafone_Ind @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneIN @VodafoneAU

@VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare Pathetic service from Vodafone. This bad customer experience is the reason people are leaving VI !! I have paid my bill on time since last 11 years and today I get a legal notice for paying Rs 186.84 outstanding bill, which I had already paid!!!

I don't think there is any better plan than what VI offers. @ViCustomerCare thanks a lot for such great plans. 12-6 am unlimited data. Weekend Data Rollover. VI movies. Emergency 2GB extra data per month. What else do we require? Total value for money.

@ViCustomerCare I have raised for closure of Vodafone account on 18th November, still it is not closed. And new bill is generated now,will not be paying a single amount. Worst customer service.
