  @ViCustomerCare You are changing exactly booked a sim online on 23 rd August and you are not able to deliver it till today. Customer care is pathetic as hell this is when someone buys a new fancy number and want to get on board on your network, you your self don't want customer.

  @itsroni4u @kaleemansari1 @ViCustomerCare It works very well in Delhi NCR region and I’ve been to Uttrakahnd twice and it still never disappointed. The worst decision would be to continue supporting monopolistic competition killer.

  @ViCustomerCare Since 2013, I have been using Vodafone Sim Card till date with starting digits 825888 ….. Currently using it for Official purpose. There was one point of time, where the Vi network was completely shut down for months due to natural calamity in my place ! Thought of having it ported to JiO but something stopped me from doing it. I don’t know why I’m still stuck with old Voda Sim but enjoying it … keep it up @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare .. bring the change !!!

  @ViCustomerCare FINAL WARNING:This level of service is absolutely unacceptable! My internet has been painfully slow for over a month despite repeated complaints.For the past week,even calling has been a problem. I complained again 5 days ago and was promised a fix within 4 days.
