    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare @MyVodaindia I never expected that you all will have such an ill customer service. Your executives gives a false date and pomise. I did not get any call for resolving my issue. Its really a big mistake that I took Vi postpaid network.

    @ViCustomerCare I registered complaint about DND today, got sms that it is resolved, but no information about resolution. The number (198) given to log appeals is not working. What a pathetic way of resolving complaints. @TRAI @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare after switching from a post paid to pre paid your service seem to drop like it doesn't matter. Have not been able make a single call in days. Network is just fine. Dial and you get the covid message and then call drops. I can use VI as an incoming number only
