    @ViCustomerCare your volte is not stable in our area and calling is worst quality till using 20days of your service as a new subscriber, I make complain regarding this but not solve till date, I just wait 90 days after I port out to others network. my vi no. 7005057878

    @ViCustomerCare I want to get GST receipt of prepaid recharge. Got no help from ur app, website , customer care or email. Looks like zombies r sitting there who just throw same paragraph over any query. I wonder how much more worse it will going to be for customers.

    @ViCustomerCare lot of network issue i changed SIM more than 2 times but still no network I register complaint 4-5 times but no response. Please solve problem as early as possible. Bcz of this network issue im unable to do my work. #vicustomercare
