  @ViCustomerCare the services are going bad to worse. IR packs which was suppose to be easy are struggle. The duty free vouchers don’t come in time and packs get activated or requests for deactivated being done without the consent of customer. No process or compliance.

  @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago pls note that there’s been a recurring bill as per the plan chosen for about 800 rupees that i’m paying Vi and have not been getting desired network beyond 1 or 2 bars, let alone 5G. #SRKonVi

  @ViCustomerCare I am desperate to change my network other than Airtel Jio the only option is Vi but these guys do not have network no proper 5G network. This is a big opportunity @ViCustomerCare just improve network and millions of customers will fly towards you

  @itsroni4u @kaleemansari1 @ViCustomerCare It works very well in Delhi NCR region and I’ve been to Uttrakahnd twice and it still never disappointed. The worst decision would be to continue supporting monopolistic competition killer.
