    @ViCustomerCare Your due date has been passed but stil no resolution provided from your end. I am very disappointed to see such irresponsible behavior of vodafone customer support. Seems its the right to move on and change the operator.

    @ViCustomerCare today i have recharged my no. with 100gb data and the internet is not working.The error popping is sign to vi network.I called the cc executive and she told it will take more than 24hrs to get it resolved. My child's online classes suffered due to this.Very poor.

    Have ported my number from VI to Jio about 20 days back and since then the callers aren't able to connect due to network issues and both the service providers are dodging the issue onto each other @JioCare and @ViCustomerCare pls look into the matter ASAP
