    @ViCustomerCare very upset with VI, first of all you change my plan from 99 to 299 without my permission after that you are charging late payment also..is it the correct way?not at all aligned on customer front.. thinking to drop all VI service now.

    @ViCustomerCare there is some issue with my data pack I recharge 149/- pack everytime and its get iver in 2 days where as the plan is of 28 days. This is been happening since a month now i have recharge 2-3 times in a month. Please help!

    @ViCustomerCare Very bad network, for 2 hourse I have been struggling to browse smoothly. It's taking 5 minutes to load a page I think it's time to port the number to BSNL

    @manoj620 @ViCustomerCare What do you think , i did not try that , i even visited local gallary ,was told to buy new handset, call centre's executive said my area doesn't have adequate coverage, bear it for more time, but I loved when every called me a valuables customer

    @ViCustomerCare Yes and again same answer i have got checking it network team and will get back to you by 29th December. .Plus you are not ready to open an old ticket despite the problem was not resolved.. Very good and professional service

    After 5 days it' will be 1 January 2022 exactly 1 year ago 1jan 2021 I wrote email to @ViCustomerCare for poor network coverage in my location. It's a miracle in 1 year they have done nothing ..even there CEO didn't replied to my email after escalation
