    It will be more than 5 years with Vodafone. I have reported 6-7 complaints in last 2 years and tried to PORT into @JioCare 4 times but customer care promised to resolve the network issue at my home. I don't see a single network in my home 452005 @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I never seen a such a poor service support from VI customer care. I log a complaint against the wrong amount added in my invoice 10 days ago. But still did not get any reply to me.Guys never buy any service from VI.

    @ViCustomerCare Amazon Prime subscription has been automatically added on my number which is Vi wifi dongle…What nonsense is going now with @ViCustomerCare ..Customer care has no support regarding the same

    @ViCustomerCare against an old sim i took a replacement nano sim from vi store and after moré than 24 hours the new sim is still not active . Called customer care they are telling me you should keep your phone shut ! what kind of process is it ?
