    @ViCustomerCare My experience so far with @ViCustomerCare so far - zero coordination between phone team and twitter team. Ask millions of questions to customer so that he is frustrated and stops follow up and finally assume all customers to have two numbers …amazing indeed

    @pratyushsingh12 @ViCustomerCare Wow what a service they are ready to refund even after 2 years. Now this kind of service you cannot expect from Jio or Airtel. Look at the commitment of Vi. Hats off

    @ViCustomerCare - I am your customer fm Hutch days with international roaming. This time I am in Angola and Voda is not connecting to any of service providers. Before departure I was told as to what rates will apply but where is the network? First thing after return to dump Voda
