  @ViCustomerCare Even 4g services are available I get 2g . Raised complaint there is no resolution. What’s the use of giving data which you cannot use. There is no effort to improve services. Last resort have to port.

  @ViCustomerCare you have no such 4g connection in my area AT-NTPC, DIST-ANGUL ODISHA PIN-759117.But the 3g connection of vi is more poor than 2g .i have reportedly registered complaints but no resolution got.

  I just landed in UK. What's the whole point of having a international roaming pack if it doesn't work when u reach. Yesterday I recharged for 2 times for around 2k and @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare assured me still the pack is not activated.

  @imniketsampat @ViCustomerCare Change the service provider, I changed it long back Vodafone was good but from the day it became VI it has become worst
