    @youbroadband @ViCustomerCare YB connectivity is having lots of issues in Wadgaon Sheri Pune area with multiple interruptions happening everyday, making it impossible to work.Can you look into this and fix the issues asap otherwise there is no point continuing with your service.

This is now getting very irating for me as per ur instruction I visited the store as well and they told me that my number does not exist in there records. What should i need to do further

    @ViCustomerCare Already complaining for past 6 month,do some resolution nothing will going to be resolved if your representive call & "tell that we understand your problem & our engineers working hard to resolve the problem" I'm hearing this for past 6 month. DO SOME CONCRETE SOLUTIONS

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Nadeem, I think have stated clearly issues with the service being provided and already logged complaints multiple times on app for issue of Connectivity. Not sure how going to website would solve the problem mentioned. Pls share what YB team is doing to improve the service.

    @ViCustomerCare Seems like you have disabled my DND or shared my number to promoters (again). I have started receiving calls for AC service, number porting and SMSs related to phishing. When complained about the SMS (from registered telemarketer) you closed it within a minute.

    @ViCustomerCare i had applied to port my number to Vi . It has been 36 hrs Till now no one has called Your customer care has no clue what is happening . As per thwm Appointment fr delivery has been fixed But I have not received no intimation. Horrible service!!
