@ViCustomerCare In Vi app 199 and 198 is mentioned as customer service or care but both unable to connect..198 is saying that "number ki dubara jaanch kr lein" and in chat complaint, received notification that within in 5 days I'll get reply..

If you @ViCustomerCare don't have ability to provide a good or atleast kaam chalau internet service then why are you running this business only offering different different reacharge and taking money from customers. When we are in need then only your services stop working.
